Just bought Stingray 5 from Carl. Great communication. After I had some problems to make PayPal payment, he accepted the bank transfer. He arranged the shippment and kept me fully informed. The bass was packed very well, so she arrived safe and sound to Czech Republic. And the bass herself? Great instrument and fantastic condition! My pleasure to deal with Carl. Highly recommended. Just bought Stingray from Chris. He replied to my wanted thread, sent photos, and answered all my questions. As the weight is very important for me, he even visited the post office to get the precise weight. He arranged the currier by himself and shiped the bass before I had even paid him! In fact I had tried to make the payment via PayPal but despite numerous attempts and calling the support, I did not succeed. Eventually Chris offered me to make the international money transfer directly to his account. He sent the bass immediately so I would get her as soon as possible. Many thanks Chris!!! Not all? When the bass arrived, I was really impressed how well she was packed. To be honest, Chris made everything as I would do. Really great job!!! Anythig else? Such a monster I got from Chris. Two years ago I sold my 1995 Stingray 5 to my friend Tom and obviously it was a mistake. I make offers to buy her back everytime we see each other but there's no way right now. Bought three different Stingrays instead but none of them compares to her. I just have to wait if Tom changes his mind

Thanks a lot for all of your posts as I've been thinking about this matter lately. I play Ampeg 4*10 and I would like to downsize into 1*12 (Aguillar, Eden, etc) at least for some small venues.
