    I've had a look around Scott's site and to be honest Its highlighted just how lazy I have become and how many bad habits I've picked up over the years. I'l be "in the shed" for a while sorting it out....... Cheers Scott.

    I have a Westfield Jazz that is solid wood. I know this because I've just refinished it, I don't know what kind of wood though but it's probably the type that comes from tree's.

    I just refinished my Jazz in Daphne Blue because of it's rarity. Hope the markets not going to be full of 50's colour Jazz's soon.

    Out of curiosity, will these work with an active pre-amp? Bb614 ect.

    It's three weeks nearly since the last coat of clear went on and there's no rush to get it finished. I just wan't to make sure I don't mess it up now by using the wrong product / technique. Think I'l drop the T Cut idea and start the search for a couple of nice wool buff's.

    That's a nice finish, did you use a dedicated buffer with wool buff's?

    Its not Meguiars you use is it? I've heard its good on Nitro but I've never used it. I thought about T Cut because i use it on our cars (both red) and have plenty in the garage.

    Topic says it all really. I'm about to flat sand a Jazz body ready for buffing and wondered if anyone here has used T Cut before? The body is finished with Nitro paint so i don't think it'l cause a reaction but this is new territory for me. Any other suggestions or advice gratefully received.     It does look schweet, but so does the aged amber and rosewood. Grrrrrr, decisions.

    I bought this neck recently to finish a project but after much consideration i have decided i prefer the aged rosewood neck i have. Its 20fret and has maple board and is unused.     Northwest Guitars do Nitro on ebay. It's a little cheaper than Manchester Guitar Tech and Its good quality paint, I have just finished a Jazz in Daphne Blue.
