1. Is that a slab body or is there a forearm contour?
2.
I'm starting to think my solution is in fact at http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1
"We're going to need a bigger boat..." * pm'd Chris * in the style of MB1
3. Got a great deal on some Spiro weighs from Clarky. Very easy transaction and great comms. A pleasure to deal with.
4. With that kind of budget, you could get a Chadwick folding bass.
5. PM'd about the weichs
6.
I can't help thinking that the neck would twist slightly under string tension with an asymmetric design?
My Warmoth 5 string has a slightly asymmetric neck and it hasn't moved for years (12 to be exact) They are quite comfortable.

8. That is just lovely. Presuming it's short scale. Is it heavy? Is the neck fat/chunky or slim and what is the width at the nut? Also, how well does it balance on a strap? I managed to write that with one hand whilst wiping the drool from my face with the other
9. ...you are all set up at the gig and in the changing room, you then realise the black shirt you grabbed was your 11 year old son's :/

11. ...you stand up after slipping over on ice and the one item in the db gig bag now seems to be more than one...

That looks lovely. Why the second neck?
13.
Grest to see tom again and another effortless bc transaction! Seriously great bloke, his only flaw so far is that he's so good to chat to I got in bother with the wife for taking so long!
I was wondering why you were sprinting up the street
14. I picked up Andy's Markbass LM II today. A pleasure to deal with as always. Thanks again
15. I just had a look through the website which led me to the videos. It all looks very professional and is easy to use. Great job Geoff! I'm getting back into db again after taking a break due to injury. My bass is getting a new setup and these videos are just the thing to help reduce or eliminate the chance of future injury. Keep up the great work.

17.
Still here? Madness I say
Only because I'm going on holiday, otherwise it would be with me now :/
18. Looks like a cool bass . If you are taking your bridge off, lay the bass on it's back and locate the sound post. Stack some heavy books on the front over the sound post to keep the pressure on it. That should keep it from falling. If you have worked with hide glue and have a bunch of clamps then maybe have a go. I'd take it to a luthier. That kind of fix is usually very cheap (£10?) and they can have a look over the bass for you. They might spot something you don't.
19. You might want to try the lefties section with this.
20. Perfect opportunity to get out there with the DB. Just try and keep relaxed and enjoy
21. Looks great. That white binding blends nicely with the red.
22. pm'd
23. This might be worth more than you think as it could be from the 60's. That little hole is a dead give away.
