Chaos Fuzz

Done GCSE electronics, done A level electronics, took a 2nd year BA electronic fundamentals module and passed them all, but I think I've been a bit optimistic with this one I have a few bags of bits... ...and some Bable Fish instructions translated from German into English that read like: "In front… the idea is not correctly new. Distortion with diodes to generate is into many other contact land mines already for years in it. Which makes the ChaosFuzz nevertheless interesting now however, the possibility is to be able to stop the pulling character over three portions freely. The portions silicon (hard), germanium (soft) and Clean are freely adjustable. For bass that the pressure remains by the Clean portion and usual Gemat is avoided, generally is the ChaosFuzz is attractive appropriate for the frequency range of the bass." etc... erm... Wish me luck!!
  4. geeeeeezzz - it's even painful to look at

  7. I sold something on eBay recently and was contacted by an eBay user about 15 mins after the bidding ended and was offered more to sell it to him. It sold for £40 but I was offered £75 to cancel the transaction and sell it to the other guy. I refused to do this and said that it would be massively unfair and I wouldn't do it on principle. Does this make me a mug or a good person?
  8.
could be a set neck eg the infinities or dolphins (if I recall correctly, one of the two used to be set neck)
Both models had set-neck varients. Never seen a set-neck Streamer though. Sounds likely to be a SSI or II maybe.
  9.
Anyone have any idea what these are worth? A friend is wanting to sell one that he's had for quite a few years. All I know is that it's a German one with a glued neck and apparently he's thinking in the 4 figure range? Cheers.
eh?!

  12. GAK also have loads of Ampeg stuff online. Never had a problem with them.
  13. I'd say the best value 2nd bass you could get would have been about 12 months ago when you could pick up a Warwick Streamer Stage I in good condition for between £600 - £650 off of here and eBay. A bass that retails at almost £2k for silly money.
  14. Is it £20 better than a PitchBlack?
  15. I love the Plum Stain Euro 4 Spector. Purple is underrated as a colour
  16. I will ebay this on Thursday the 18th if it hasn't sold on here by then...

I thought I'd spent my time on off topic which doesn't count so couldn't work out why my post count was so high. Now I know why thanks to Josh3184. I must go now
ahh I get you. 18.
How does the post count thing work then? I've spent the last few hours ars1ng about on 'Off Topic' but according to the count I've posted 12 times today! Surely not
'Off Topic' doesn't count towards your post count...

  23.
Maths comment was sarcasm in response to insinuating I couldn't work out dimensions. Pancake thrower was not a personal sleight nor aimed at anyone in particular. I happen to have a career in the field of law so am quite knowledgeable about what is/is not abusive, slander and defamation of character. Josh....does 5im0n really need you to act as his defence counsellor him or is it a case of us boys stick together? I won't tar you all with the same brush as I know there are some mature members on this site who are very welcoming and helpful to newbies and understand the frustrations of trying to get sensible replies.
AM1, is that you...?!?!
