If there are models in Warwick's range like this then I would be happy to consider![/quote] My 2000 SSI has a very slim neck - similar to a slim Jazz neck IMO and my 04 Streamer Std as well, but my ’98 SSII is quite chunky but still as narrow as the others - it can be hit and miss with this type of thing; the same models from different periods can be completely different, and even the same models from the same period can feel considerably different, don’t know why though. I'd avoid the generalisation that Warwick necks = chunky cos in practise it's not really true, so I'd deffo recommend a "try before you buy" policy if you're after something with a specifically slim neck profile.

Definitely keeping my eyes out for you though… PS – do you have any pics of the bass with you playing it? Like live ones? Just that if you don’t and it does turn up on ebay (or likewise) then you may find it hard to claim it’s yours if all you have is the serial number.

if this were 4ohms then I'd seriously consider selling my UL310 and buying this, then with the money left over I'd be able to buy my xmas pressies and have a bit left over for xmas boozing
