  1. Sadly rentals not available until I have more time. My other business eats up all my time so I had to take it offline for now. Just doing sales from reverb until there’s time to resurrect it.
  2. I got some in yes. Selling quick. At this stage I have one left on the reverb page but I can order more if required.
  3. I felt it was tighter. I never found the FI bad but I know some did. That’s always the problem with tracking. What works for some doesn’t for others.
  4. I love trem myself. It’s a lovely thing! The Chase bliss one is real nice. Goes very choppy. Essentially the harmonic trem is less obvious on bass and the ramping / presets is probably again less bass friendly. For me anyway. The spectravibe does both trem and vibe, lots of vibe options. I like the trem as it’s tap tempo (foot switches not as close as the chase bliss, better for big feet) and switchable between triangle and sawtooth/ramped to make more chop. It has a gain setting to grit things up a bit, mix control etc. Plus it’s a sexy looking pedal.
  5. Got a couple of these in this week. Lovely synth sounds and the filter control works well. A lot of the future impact tones can be found in here but with better tracking. Switching between square and triangle is useful. Choosing the pitch is straightforward. Didnt get a lot of time with it but in a short time it did a lot.
  6. I know what you mean. I had one for a short while based on Juan Alderete saying it was the “choppiest” trem out there. I discovered it isn’t. The chase bliss is much choppier. I now use a spectravibe. Worth checking out if you’re not sold on the EQD.
  7. You keen eyed geezers are correct. I do have one and it’s up on my reverb page. And it’s on SALE this month. That’s fortunate. Its a nice octave with a different flavour to most. It has that OC3 vibe , having the -2 octave, which is probably more suited to guitar or for some subs if you’re up the dusty end. Im up the dusty end myself quite a lot so no harm no foul. The fact you can switch the different octave in is really cool though, a bit like the octron 2.
  8. I didn’t. I’m a sucker for Moog. I have a load of presets to work through and get started on some sequencing. It’s a lovely thing.
  9. Moog haven’t emailed me the link to the editor. I understood that happened when I registered it. I’ve chased it up but no response. They are too busy crying about the trade tax on Chinese components.
  10. I just traded my mother 32, DAFM, and minitaur for a Subsequent 37 and very much loving it. The little boxes are awsome , and different to the sub, but I just wanted one big deep synth with presets since I’m not using the modular stuff in a “performance” way. If I need to switch between bass and synth, I need presets. Andwith my clumsy sausages I just find the ARP and sequencing easier on the sub.
  11. Everyone tends to say his service is good. I don’t know how many of his products you have to buy to get a decent reply. Obviously six is not enough. It wasn’t a blown speaker. I was suspicious a 6” mid driver was overly quiet so I opened up the cab, sent a few pics of the crossover and asked if there was anything visually he could identify as a problem so I might fix it. couldnt have cared less. Essentially, what do you expect me to do about it. He is entitled to behave however he likes, it’s his company. He plainly doesn’t need my business. Sold all my berg cabs. Won’t buy another.
  12. Don’t think there’s any U.K. dealers as I think Jim bergantino is set/ setting up to sell direct. Therefore no incentive for a U.K. shop selling his product. Shame, as his products are good but I suspect he is not great to deal with, based on my experience with him. I had an issue with one of the six berg cabs I had bought over the years, he couldn’t have cared less about helping.
  13. Shame the Billy Sheehan signature is a signature as it might put people off who don’t want to “poodle-noodle” its a great pedal. Anyway I was about to list by desert island pedal but I changed my mind as I was typing...
  14. Pretty good so far. Better than most 15s I e played. I like the EVTL606 style and had a couple of old Mesa cabs based on that in the 90s. These are similar. As an experiment I’m about to change the driver in one as I’ve read a lot of people upgrade them with great results. standard tone has quite a lot of bite with the midrange you seem to get from some 15s over say 410s. Upgrading the driver adds a bit more top and bottom I believe. I had a berg 412 before which was a bit more sophisticated but I wanted the additional height as I am tall and these are pretty portable. im sure I’ll get picked apart for this but I always preferred the spread of sound from a big driver. Particularly with distortion. I think that’s why pick players like these cabs for Grindy tones. Also these cabs take a fair bit of punishment. I had some SWR 15s that would blow as soon as you looked at them
  15. Cheers @krispn happy to help the community. I’ll go for happy customers all round when the postie brings the goods tomorrow/Monday for those who were obviously today on Santa’s “naughty list” Nice to hear you are local now. I’ll get the kettle on anytime! the rental side is frustratingly “shelved” at the moment until I can get time. I started it as I was trying to go part time in my other business. I’m now full time again and can’t get enough time to do the rentals justice so until then I’d rather not do it badly. I have some interestjng stuff always in and out so Im doing sales from my reverb page until I can clone myself. hope all is well with you?
  16. Ahh, that’s balls. Frankly. Sorry to hear that. They all left in time for last post so I think it’s just down to geography. I sometimes had this with the rentals. Bless the Post, they never lost a single item but sometimes next day just didn’t happen in some areas. Should be there tommmorw and if you haven’t topped yourself with frustration by then, Monday. The distributor sent them next day to me and they came a day late so this is the knock on unfortunately.
  17. I’m hoping it’s all of the above without the three weeks later “hmmm not sure, I’m selling it now. “ In all honesty I was a little sceptical, thinking yes, but without low rattley action and drop tuning it’s not going to sound like dUg. after playing it, I am now down 1 hat. Delicious. I think, because I don’t play a Jazz or have a scooped tone to begin with , like dugs bass, it’s really nice with my gear. Usually with pedals... huge bass yes OR huge clanky top but rarely both. I’ve never bonded 100% with sansamps in the past, and I’ve had my share as there was a “plastic” sound in there I could always hear. If that makes sense. I think this and the Q strip are a really encouraging step forward for Tech 21.
  18. While you’re all waiting, let’s play the OCD game... who can stand it the longest?
  19. They are tiny yes. Which is great. I thought it would be too big for most boards. It’s not.
