1. I can vouch for Kiogon's wiring kits… they are the dog's bits.
2. If I was to make a DIY fuzz pedal using veroboard/stripboard would I be able to allocate an unused strip on the circuitboard as a point to which all ground connections can be wired, or would I have to use a chassis ground? Thanks, and I hope I've posted this in the right place
3.
I've never been keen on P basses, hated them in fact. Always prefered jazz. But I do like the one Scott has! It sounds awesome too. Has changed my mind on them slightly!
I was the same once… Now I use only P basses.
4. I got a nice Japanese PB62 in white with the tort guard. I really wanna get a US one now.
5. I'm looking for like a basketweave kinda vibe. Or the kind of sand coloured grille you'd find on an Orange guitar amp cab.
6. Hey guys, I'm using an Ashdown ABM 210 cab but I want to replace the metal grille with something a little more boutiquey/classy. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where i can find a direct replacement or a reasonably priced custom order site?

What are you looking for trade-wise?
8. Long shot but would you consider a 2011 MIA P Bass as a trade or part ex?
9. Can we see some pics?
10. Got a nice CIJ Precision here with some mods if you're up for it?

In search of dirt

I really dig the Trex Mudhoney!
12. I've been looking to make my Markbass LM3 sound a bit more tubey and a bit less crystal clean. All the pedals I've tried up until this point have had too much gain for what I wanted and I already own a load of fuzz boxes etc. I had considered some kind of tube pre/DI box but they all seem a bit pricey. Then I saw the Blackstar HT Boost, which is just a boost pedal with a valve in it… and when used at low gain settings its perfect. I'd definitely recommend this pedal for anyone looking to warm up a stale sounding amp for not a lot of £££

Sold!

Doug's stuff is never pretty… but its always brilliant. Have a bump!
14. I keep wanting to buy it… but one of my P's would need to go first.
15. More pics please please please
16. Beast! I've got a 2011 MIA P as well… Ooooooh do you think I should?
17. I have a Markbass LM3... if you're looking for a trade?
18. If you're looking for portability I've got a Markbass head... trades maybe?
19. I've got a Markbass LM3 for sale if you're looking for one...
20.
I won't buy Markbass for the stupid reason I don't like the look of them, the yellow looks awful to me.
That's a shame because my Markbass head (which I'm thinking of selling) has a great funk/fusion/rock sound when used with a Jazz bass. It takes pedals well and has the VPF function which I always thought sounded a bit like Justin Chancellor's (TOOL) tone when turned all the way up. Its a fantastic loud and light head but I'm personally more into Ampeg stuff lately... just suits me better.
21. I don't suppose you require any additional body parts? I'll send some cash your way too.
22. I've got a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder I'm not 100% happy with these days. If you fancy it...
23. eBay fail bumpage
