  1. I care! 😊 Thanks for the additional info mate!
  2. Hi everyone, I custom-ordered this lovely set of cables from Designacable for my touring pedalboard/IEMs rig set-up, but after trying them out for one soundcheck, I found that I didn't like the way the Sommer braided cable would get looped up around my feet on the stage, so I went back to Van Damme cables instead. Nothing wrong with these at all... just my personal preference! These are super high-quality and sound great, and have virtually no playing time on them... a bargain for someone out there! The set gives you two identical 5M stage leads from the instrument(s) to the pedalboard, one 4M lead from board to amp/DI, and a 50cm patch from DI to amp (or DI to DI) The spec for the four cables is as follows: 2 x Neutrik Silent (muting) Right-Angle Jack to Neutrik Straight Jack Mono Guitar Lead. 5 Metre cable length. Sommer SC Classique Vintage Cable- Black & White Fleck. Boot Colour: Red *ONE SOLD* 1 x Neutrik Gold-Plated Straight Jack to Straight Jack Mono Guitar Lead. 4 Metre cable length. Sommer SC Classique Vintage Cable- Black & White Fleck. Boot Colour: Red 1 x Neutrik Gold-Plated Straight Jack to Straight Jack Mono DI Patch Lead. 50cm cable length. Sommer SC Classique Vintage Cable- Black & White Fleck. Boot Colour: Red I will accept the following prices: £25 each for the 5M cables ONE SOLD SEPARATELY £15 for the 4M cable £7 for the 50cm patch cable OR £40 for the remaining three leads! REMAINING SETS ALL SOLD TOGETHER All prices include UK mainland shipping/postage. PM for any additional info, and thanks for looking. Etienne
  3. Hi everyone, These strings did touring duty on my Fender fretless, doing a maximum of three songs per night, so they've had an easy life really! In great condition, and ready for many more playing hours, as I changed them as soon as the top end mellowed out... which means they're now perfect for most other flatwound players, ha ha! Cut for regular Fender 4-string fitment, and have been taken off with care, with plenty of winds on the silk ends. String gauges are 45 - 65 - 85 - 105. Beautifully smooth-feeling strings to play, and far cheaper to buy than a new set if you're curious to try these out. I would like £25 for these, which includes UK mainland shipping/postage. PM me if interested, and thanks for looking, Etienne
  4. Hi everyone, These strings have all been used by me on tour with Rumours Of Fleetwood Mac over the last couple of years, but are in very good condition, with plenty of mileage left in them for the used flats aficionados out there! I generally change them when the top end really starts to roll off, which takes ages with Chromes, so these are probably perfectly played-in for those who lean towards traditional flatwound tones. All are cut for regular Fender 4-string fitment, and have been taken off with care, with plenty of winds on the silk ends. String gauges for all sets are 50 - 70 - 85 - 105. I would like £20 for each set including UK mainland shipping/postage, but will do a deal on multiple sets/the lot... PM for more info! *ALL SOLD!* Thanks for looking, Etienne
  5. Hi everyone, Time to move on this lovely bit of gear to somebody who's going to use it regularly. It's clearly been used, but is in pretty good condition for its age, and works perfectly on my touring pedalboard. No box unfortunately, as this was how it came when I acquired it. The black label is still intact underneath, but is hidden under the velcro, which I'm not going to mess with! The price includes UK mainland shipping/postage. No offers please! NOW SOLD! PM me for any additional info, and thanks for looking. Etienne
  6. Just completed another super deal with Chris this afternoon, taking delivery of his PJB HA-2. Everything went swimmingly, as expected! Thanks mate, appreciate it 😎 Etienne
  7. Mark bought my Bergantino HD210 last night, and collected it from my house this morning. As others have said, he's a straight-up chap who does what he says, when he says he will! No hassles, great comms and very fast payment. Thankyou Mark! Etienne
  8. Hi everyone, Here's another superb cab that unfortunately needs to go due to lack of storage space at home. One of Jim Bergantino’s best designs in my opinion! This is one of the later versions of the HD210 that comes with an extra set of rubber feet to enable vertical stacking (which is how I've always run it). I do the majority of my touring work with IEMS and no backline, so in the time that I’ve owned it, it’s only done a handful of function gigs at modest volume levels… it’s barely run in really! Consequentially, it's still in the same great condition that I acquired it in, both inside and out, and sounds great. Comes with the factory padded cover. I'm looking for a firm £425 for this, which will include UK mainland shipping. No trades or offers please! ***NOW SOLD*** Alternatively, I can most likely arrange a meet-up/handover of the cab somewhere around the country, as I'm currently out on a UK tour until early October, and can bring it with me. Any potential buyers interested in this option can PM me to see if this is possible for their location. Here's some pics... thanks for looking! Etienne
  9. I met up with Dave earlier this afternoon to collect the RMI Clean Boost pedal that I'd bought from him the same morning, and I can confirm that he is indeed a top bloke to buy from! All communication was clear and fast, and the goods exactly as described, if not better... fantastic! Many thanks mate! Etienne
  10. Another shout-out for Cal, who bought a G-K Microbass cab from me recently. Top bloke as always!
  11. I also bought a scratchplate from Jono 😁 Another no-hassle Basschat deal done... thanks mate! Etienne
  12. Hi everyone, Here's another nice piece of gear that needs to find a loving new home. I bought this to use with my old G-K Microbass combo for louder DB gigs, but I've never actually had to use it in anger. Consequentially, it's still in the same great condition that I acquired it in, both inside and out, and sounds great. I'm looking for a firm £150 for this, which will include UK mainland shipping. No trades or offers please! *EDIT: NOW SOLD!* Alternatively, I can most likely arrange a meet-up/handover of the cab somewhere around the country, as I'm currently out on a UK tour over the next few months (hooray!) and can bring it with me. Any potential buyers interested in this option can PM me to see if this is possible for their location. Anyway, here's some pics... thanks for looking! Etienne
  13. Si recently bought a Hot Rod Red Jaguar Bass from me, and I delivered it to his house this afternoon. We actually did a deal over a decade ago on a Jack Casady Bass, but I don't think we met in person on that occasion. Anyway, it was great to have a good chat with him, and also have a look at his lovely early 80's G&L L-2000... superb! A nice easy deal with one of the forum's nicest chaps, top comms and fast payment just as before... deal with confidence, but you knew that already! Thanks mate! Etienne
  14. Chris bought a Rothwell Love Squeeze compressor from me yesterday, and was a pleasure to deal with! Paid super-fast, and comms were great too. Happy to recommend him to fellow Basschatters! Regards, Etienne
  15. *NOW SOLD* Hi everyone, I bought this at the start of 2020 with the intention of using it as a do-it-all tone machine for function gigs, but to be honest, I've got far too much gear as it is, and certainly not enough space to justify keeping it all! Due to the pandemic, this hasn't even left my house, so it's still in the same great gigged-but-not-abused condition that I acquired it in. It's recently been strung with Newtone roundwounds, and plays superbly up and down the neck with medium action to suit fingers and pick. The Jaguar Bass is an electronically complex instrument, as anyone who's tried one can attest to, but don't worry- the active circuit, switches & pots work perfectly on this example, and the whole instrument looks to be standard and unmodified, even down to the strap buttons. According to the serial number, this bass was made in 2006, which puts it amongst the earliest to be built. As you’d expect from a CIJ instrument, it’s been assembled and finished with care. There are a few scratches, knocks and dings to the finish in the usual areas, but nothing really nasty. I did consider polishing and buffing the body to correct most of the minor imperfections, but decided to leave them untouched for the next owner to decide. The weight is approximately 9.5 lbs/4.3KG according to my fishing scales. Edit: I've now dropped the price down for the last time to a firm £620: definitely no offers or trades please! This includes mainland UK shipping, plus a well-used but functional Hiscox hard case to send it in. *NOW SOLD* Alternatively, I can personally deliver the bass with or without the Hiscox case throughout the North-West region, or the buyer can collect from my pet/smoke free home in the Liverpool/Sefton area. Bank transfer is preferred, but Paypal is also possible. Please PM me for any additional info and photos, and thanks for looking!
  16. Duplicate topic- Mods please delete!
  17. *NOW SOLD* Hi everyone, Time to move this on, as I've recently upgraded a few things on my pedalboard. This is in good, gigged-but-not-abused cosmetic condition, and works perfectly. It comes with the original box and manual, and has decent-quality Velcro attached to the base. I'm now after just £75 for it, which includes tracked UK mainland postage and packing. No trades or offers please! Bank transfer or Paypal accepted. More info available on request via PM... thanks for looking!
  18. I just took delivery of a pair of patch leads from Steve. Quality goods, great packaging/fast postage and easy, friendly comms throughout. Thankyou!
  19. I can vouch for Callum as a trustworthy, honest seller and a thoroughly top bloke ☺️ I was fortunate enough to try out this very pedal for myself recently, and can attest to its superb cosmetic and operational condition... buy with confidence! GLWTS mate!
  20. It seems unbelievable to me with all the gear we've both bought and sold on the forum that Chris and I haven't dealt with each other until now, but it was worth the wait! I recently took delivery of his Mesa Boogie Buster head, concluding a sale that began in late October whilst I was away on tour. Chris couldn't have been more accommodating- happy to wait until I'd returned back home to the UK and was able to meet him in person to collect the amp. When work commitments at his end meant a change of plan, he instead made sure that the goods were packed extremely securely and flightcased, and shipped the lot to me (which couldn't have been cheap- the parcel weighed as much as the van it arrived in!) at his own expense... what a gentleman! His communication was great throughout too, as you'd expect. Furthermore, when the goods arrived and it became apparent that a switch wasn't functioning, he didn't hesitate to make good on the situation and immediately offered to cover the cost of a replacement for the offending part... a much appreciated gesture. Ten pages of positive feedback can't be wrong, but it's my pleasure to add my own thoughts to these and reconfirm what a credit Chris is to the BC community. Thankyou mate! Etienne
  21. Steve recently bought a Fender hard case from me... all good! Paid fast and organised the shipping himself too. Great comms and no hassles. Thankyou Steve! Etienne
