1. You know the score with these, awesome studio monitor type cab in pristine condition bar 1 very tiny spot on the back where the finish has flaked off. This is the 4ohm version & comes complete with Tuki cover. I got this off Clarky about a year ago & I've probably used it 3 or 4 times since. All my gigs are usually on in ears or headphones so this is complete overkill as a personal monitor. Don't have a box to post I'm afraid. I'm based in SE London for collection or I could deliver myself depending on distance. Straight sale or trade for a top notch portable interface such as RME, Apogee etc *SOLD*
2.
Can I politely suggest some more detailed high res pictures, the bass is gorgeous but for anyone thinking of spending that kind of money I think they would want to see some better shots... Ian
Point taken, I'll get some new ones up tomorrow.
This is a Nordy. So where are the nordstrand pickups?
The Armstrongs were already in it when I bought the bass 2nd hand. I presume it originally had single coils & the original owner changed them for hum cancelling ones. I've never thought about getting Nordstrands for it as it sounds perfect as it is.
3. Top class bass pre with DI. Excellent condition with original box. *SOLD*
4. No interest in a stunning lightweight jazz 5?
5. Sold an upright pickup to David. Hassle-free payment & the best communication I've experienced on this forum. Highly recommended. If I had any money I'd definitely be purchasing the Bravewood jazz bass he has for sale at the mo!
6. Could also trade for vintage or custom shop p bass.
7. In good nick apart from a slight crease near the edge of the foil (doesn't affect performance in any way). Great pickup, only selling as it doesn't suit my big boomy 5 string bass. SOLD
8. Only got these recently off Ben Bastin but as beautiful & sonorous sounding as they are, they're just not audition-friendly enough for me. The G is in almost new condition & D a bit older but still good condition. They pair together perfectly & sound brilliant combined with Evahs on the bottom two strings. To buy these new would cost nearly £200. £65 for both posted.
9.
Would you be willing to trade for a fender American deluxe p bass? (Pj pickups and 3 band eq)
Hi Tim, I've updated the original ad to include some trades. Basically, I would need at least £1000 plus any trade. What value would you put on yours & would you mind me selling it on again instantly? I'm trying to cut down on my basses at the mo.
10. Cheers guys, I'll be sad to see it go.
