Stunning BB2000 from 1982, 4.5kg. Great condition, just the usual dings form 41 years of use. Original case (tolex has been re-done). Only got this a couple of months ago but I'm in the process of expanding my studio & need to raise some funds. Superb bass, very punchy & sounds even right across the fretboard.

Hardly used La Bella black tapes, tried these for a couple of weeks but the particular bass they were on prefers rounds. Standard long scale cut for a standard Fender 4 in a line headstock. Gauges are 60/70/94/115, tension is similar to 45/105 round wounds.

Top quality closed back monitoring cans in good condition. Not much foam left in the headband but still comfy & can be easily replaced. Ear pads were replaced last year.

Afraid I don't have a Malekko to try them together side by side, but they should be pretty similar. They're both pretty much exact Brassmaster clones.

Non-working East P Retro. Have a feeling the rechargeable battery has gone on this, it won't hold charge & looks a bit misshapen. No sound in active mode. I could send it off to John to repair but to be honest, I'm generally not a fan of active basses so might as well see if anyone with a technical mind would have any use for it. Either try & sort out the existing battery or mod it to run off a 9V. Comes with knobs & jack adapter (afraid I no longer have the power supply). Sold as seen.

Excellent condition. Bought on here before Xmas. Incredible sounds from this but I recently picked up a Silver Rose and don't need 2 monstrous fuzzes.

I always run a BJFE Blueberry with the drive set at 0 before the DI for exactly this purpose.

One album that always that always makes me think f***ing hell when I hear it is 'Bass & Mandolin' from Chris Thile and Edgar Meyer. Absolute mastery from both players, an incredible pairing. Also check out anything from Chris Thile's own band, the Punch Brothers, I particularly love 'The Phosphorescent Blues'. Go see them live if you can, they are spectacular.

Great condition, put on my spare bass just before the pandemic hit & only plugged in a couple of times since. IMO one of the best sounding piezo pickups available, with plug & play ease of use. Selling as I always prefer to use microphones.

Cheers, it's a great little bass. Only selling as I have 3 double basses and not enough space! Not sure on the setup, I bought 2nd hand and never felt the need to have anything tweaked. It plays great as is.

Great condition classic open back headphones for mixing & mastering. Will be sorry to see these go but have just upgraded to something else.

Now that all the gigs seem to have disappeared again 😢, it's time for a bit of a clear out.

First up is my Westbury double bass. It's in great condition with no cracks. 3/4 size with a 104cm string length it's nice and easy to play. Swell back, fully carved wood all round, ebony fingerboard & set up with Spirocore solo strings tuned to orchestral pitch. Nice punchy sound. Comes with a good Westbury padded gigbag.

Bought recently for a new bass but unfortunately they're not doing it for me tension-wise. I'm definitely in the heavy La Bella camp. Great condition, not even broken in so still relatively bright sounding. Cut for a Fender 4 in line headstock.
