Here is my incredible 1994 ‘Ray up for grabs! Purchased from Bassbros in August (so I’m mostly using their professional photos). I hadn’t planned on selling it but I’ve just bought a Status graphite so this has to go due to a “one in/one out” embargo. It’s everything you’d want from an old Stingray, plus will you get a load of that bird’s eye maple neck!! Stunning! Comes with a lovely RoadRunner hard case. I’d prefer collection or meet-up but I am willing to ship this at buyer’s expense. I’ve added pics with my staggeringly handsome face for your viewing pleasure. I also have lots of awesome feedback from you lot. Cheers Sam

Now SOLD Now reduced to £210!! Utterly incredible synthesiser pedal. Made famous by Chris Wolstenholme of Muse, this pedal can pretty much do anything synth-wise. I’m including a Roland UM-One MIDI USB cable (cost £40) so you can utilise the powerful synth interface for deep-dive editing of all the bonkers sounds this thing can generate. Collect from Chesterfield or add £7.50 for UK tracked, insured postage. Cheers! Sam

Aria Pro II bridge (very) long shot….
Sammybass replied to Sammybass's topic in Repairs and Technical
Hi there! The issue with that is the bridge is recessed into the body, so sticking a different bridge in there is problematic. A local engineering company is making me a set of replacement parts so fingers crossed it’ll all work out with the original bridge. -

I know this is an incredibly long shot but hey it’s worth a try. A small component on the bridge has snapped - probably not surprising for a 40 year old bass. It’s a cast piece that holds the ball-end and goes under the fine-tuner. I realise the chances of finding a replacement are slim. Does anyone have any suggestions? Could I get one machined? Any help is appreciated! 😬

Hello! I blooming love these basses. I’ve had a few Korean 90’s ones - PJ and JJ and they were great! I snagged this Mats one in a Gardiner Houlgate auction a couple of years ago. £220. Swapped out the pups (which didn’t work) to an EMG 18v set. Sounds mega.

Hello! Hohner The Jack active/passive through-neck for sale. In great shape for its age, all hardware works as it should. Has some surface finish swirling and a couple of blemishes, but no dings I can see. Has an imperfection on the fretboard (pictured) but it doesn’t affect playability. Just fitted with new Bass Centre Elites. Collect from Chesterfield or add £20 for UK postage. Cheers! Sam

Little Mark Tube 500w Bass Amp Head offers a versatile and dynamic amplification solution, providing users with the flexibility to achieve both the warmth and richness of a tube preamp and the clean attack of a solid-state preamp, or a blend of both. Let's explore the key features that make this bass amp head stand out: Versatility with Tube and Solid-State Preamps: The standout feature of the Little Mark Tube 500w is its ability to seamlessly switch between the characteristics of a tube preamp and a solid-state preamp. This versatility allows bassists to tailor their sound to suit different genres, playing styles, and tonal preferences. Warmth and Richness of Tube Preamp: When utilizing the tube preamp, players can enjoy the characteristic warmth, richness, and harmonic saturation associated with tube technology. This adds a desirable coloration to the sound, contributing to a more vintage and textured tone. Clean Attack of Solid-State Preamp: On the other hand, switching to the solid-state preamp provides a clean and precise attack, ideal for achieving a punchy and well-defined bass tone. This option is well-suited for styles that require a more modern and transparent sound. Blend of Tube and Solid-State Tones: One of the strengths of the Little Mark Tube 500w is its ability to blend the characteristics of both tube and solid-state preamps. This means that players can find a perfect balance that suits their individual preferences, allowing for a customized and nuanced bass tone. 500 Watts of Power: In addition to its tonal versatility, the amp head offers a robust power output of 500 watts, providing more than enough power to handle various playing situations, from studio sessions to live performances. In summary, the Markbass Little Mark Tube 500w Bass Amp Head stands as a testament to versatility and flexibility in bass amplification.
