1. Bought a Mesa Subway DI pedal from Ian and it was an easy transaction. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. Cheers Ian!
2. This is an absolute bargain. Best amp I ever owned(and still own!). Good luck with the sale!
3. Hey all, I've been looking at picking up an Ashdown ABM 600 and when looking I noticed there seems to be 2 versions. One with the "ABM 600" printed on the front panel and one without. I believe the " ABM 600" print model is a slightly older version. My question is whether this is purely a cosmetic thing or is there a difference between the 2 versions? Does anyone know? The features all certainly seem the same. Pics below for reference.
4. Just bought a pedal from Dan and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Highly recommended! Thanks mate!
5. Best amp I've ever played. Best of luck with the sale.
6. I bought a bass from Pete and he was an absolute gentleman to deal with. The bass came extremely well packaged, very happy with it. Highly recommended! Thanks Pete!
7. Has anyone had the chance to try these Wharfedale cabs that recently came into Andertons? I know they're extremely cheap and the old tagline of you get what you pay for quite possibly would apply but I'm very tempted to pick one up at the price they're at to leave it lying around the rehearsal space for practise. I know that a guy who used to work as a tech at Marshall was behind the creation of them years ago but apparently after production they just never went on the market and were sitting in a warehouse until recently. https://www.andertons.co.uk/bass-dept/bass-amps/bass-amp-cabs/4x10-bass-cabs/wharfedale-whb410-4-x-10-400w-ported-bass-cab-w-horn
8. I noticed these are going for €500 plus on ebay these days. Have they really gone up that much in value? I've had one sitting in my wardrobe for the last couple of years not getting any use and considering moving it on now. Might set it up on my board again and get some Justin Chancellor tones going before I put it up for sale though
9. Considering buying one of these. I use Warwick basses so a little worried about whether the micro tape would do any damage to the finish on the body seeing as it's not a gloss finish? If I were to use the Neutrik connector and hook the transmitter to my guitar strap instead, is it reliable enough to hook on there without much movement? Just a little worried that maybe the transmitter might come loose from my strap if I'm moving around. Also, would I be able to power this with my Diago Powerstation? Or would I need the adapter?
10. Came across this in the end. May wait until it's out and pick it up instead of the Submachine! http://www.jimdunlop...ctave-bass-fuzz
11. Yeah I got the feeling that it's pretty in your face! Did you move yours on for any particular reason? I have an Aguilar Octamizer and an SFX Micro Fuzz so wondering if it's worth my while getting a 2 in 1 with the Submachine.
12. Left some space on the bottom right for a wireless. Still can't decide what to get!
13. Is this basically the same as the MXR Submachine?
