1.
Looking forward to the pics, where abouts in Liverpool are you?
I'm right in the centre of Liverpool. Pics will be up by this afternoon.
2. Fender Jazz bass, made in Mexico. Has a few marks on the edges. £199.
3. Edited, some stuff sold, last few cheap bits still to go.
4.
ns2NNs2 pending all others still going
Any news there buddy? I've PMed you but to no avail. Money should have well arrived by now.
5.
I made you an offer, which you could have declined. The only reason I asked for your bank details was because you wouldn't take PayPal. Hardly suspicious, given that that was the only way I could pay you. I have only posted in here because it was your pedal sale that made me join. Anyway, what the hell could I do with a name, sort code and account number? Fraudulently pay you money? For any future doubters, 'sebpayne' on here attends the same university college as me and knows me in real life, so can vouch.
Sod it. Just f@&k off and stop being a p!$$y little b#£(h, you're clogging up my thread. For anyone else, RC20-xl SOLD, all other still up for grabs. Dan:)
6.
Well, good luck in this auction guys. I've been 'outbid' on a pedal I was in the process of paying for.
Somebody offered me closer to what I was asking than you were, simple. If you wanted any guarantees you should have just paid the original asking price. Bear in mind, you've been on the forum for less than a week, your only activity has been in the for sale section and you're asking for my bank details. Not so much a matter of not being trusted as one of trusting others more.
7.
This is a long shot, but.... trade the hartke for an ODB-3?
No thanks. Allready have one and just the one usless yellow box of fizz is enough for me...
8.
Hey, I'll take the Boss pedal. Sold! Do you have any feedback from anywhere?
A quick search for my topics results in this list of my selling activity on here. Previous for sale topics I've not been slagged off or anything, so I'm assuming people were happy.
9. Dod FX25b £20 posted Boss PW-2 (in box with instructions) £20 posted Behringer AB200 switch (brand new in box, unopened) £15 posted Behringer TU100 tuner £12 posted Belcat Chorus (in box) £12 posted Also, looking for a tuner. Cheers, Dan.
10. Abakhan Fabrics I'm in Liverpool and their store there sells various types in big sheets pretty cheap. Try the Chester store.
11.
Only in terms of kit - the RS924 is active & has 2 pups whereas the RS800 is based on the Precision template. Construction & materials will be equal quality, Fujigen was incredibly consistent across the board quality-wise. The guitarse in my band still favours his ancient Roadstar II - his first guitar from 1980-something - despite having a vintage Gibson SG & Telecaster & all that stuff. J.
My comment was intended to influence him to offer even lower for the bass in question by showing him the price 'better' versions have sold for. You could hardly argue that the RS924 was an inferior bass. Somehow you've turned it into some sort of misguided nit-picking, point-scoring opportunity, interesting that.
12. Mine, I sold it on here last year. Went for a steal of a price and probably a superior bass to the one you're talking about. IBANEZ ROADSTER
13.
Titanium is about half the density of steel. Aluminium falls between steel and Ti, but for some reason there is no market for aluminium strings.
Not really, titanium is often incorporated into an alloy to make it alot lighter whilst still retaining enough of it's original desirable properties. Aluminuim has a far lass robust structure and so suffers from 'metal fatigue' over repeated use. aluminium (melted) 2560 - 2640 kg/cu.m titanium 4500 kg/cu.m steel (stainless) 7480 - 8000 kg/cu.m
14. For those who are not a fan of the stainless frets, what about brass frets like Warwicks?
15. Take that Thatcher! If you want to talk about selling out as a band then lets get pedantic and say that you sell out once you play a gig or put your music infornt of others to be judged or validated, whether it's for money, social approval or otherwise.
16. Thanks. Yeah, this really is a great amp, it just doesn't get used enough by me so I'm converting it into a Christmas booze fund. Still no takers? I hope people aren't put off by my low activity on the forum. It's too fast moving for me to make any meaningful contributions without repeating someone and I simply don't have time to trawl throught pages of trivial threads looking for somewhere to post my ramblings on any given subject.
17. Now £150.
18. howdy. still here.
19. bump still here
20. bump still here
