3.
This particular model makes me wish I could get along with Ibanez Soundgear string spacing...
I thought the same was never an Ibanez lover for the string spacing ....but wasn't a problem though I've had to adjust guitar strap length
 4. Was an easy transition gigged it last night and what a great bass , such an easy bass to play ..great sound as you would expect ...great action and very comfortable to play ...not a light bass though .your probably on about the nut finishing which I can live with .....though I see the premier option has Nordys and they've sorted the finishing on nut but then it's twice the money ..
 5. Popped into pmt Norwich today ..just for a browse and a new strap ..and walked out with this .a Mexican jazz caught my eye fitted with Nordys ..sounded great very poorly set up though ..the Ibanez caught my eye so I gave it a bash though not a great lover of Ibanez sdg's mainly the neck but thus was sublime fanned frets felt really good , really well crafted and has a great growl from the barts ..I'll gigged it tomorrow night so I'll add more ..... Just need to tell the strife she doesn't scare me though I'll probably have to sell something now .
 6. Cheers mate ..I know I can't believe it's gone on this long , I still go back to it every so often for gigging and think I shouldn't be Selling this I'm going to give it till Friday then that's it ..
 7.
To be fair mate, the amount of times I've heard you say how happy you were with a bass only for you to turn up at practice with something else you traded it for, I'll be surprised if your list stays the same for very long Personally I still like that first Mayones Jabba you had - although I'd have the Schecter off you quite happily too
they were confusing times mate ..though it's better now as there's not a lot out there left to try ,the mayones I sold is still on Here for sale I think and the only one I'd consider selling is the fernandes ...
 8. I to have been down this road ..I've spent thousands looking for that "perfect bass"..I'm not sure there is such a beast ?.. I have a fernandes Gravity deluxe ..Sandberg California ...schecter precision and a ibanez atk...all very diffrnt styles of bass but all suit my mood swings it's a dangerous game ....but I still regret selling my USA sub ..id have another then I'm done ...probably not .
 9. There a great bass ..I've got an older 405 ..awesome range of tones and hugely underrated ..glwts ...

 14.
I have always liked these basses and really enjoyed the sound I was getting when I played one, BUT I just can't get past the aesthetics of the massive bridge, and it has put me off buying one in the past. The price one pays for being shallow. Yeah the bridge is my least favourite aspect of the bass and not sure it really needs it ..but I can live with it
15.
Humm this looks really interesting. How does it compare to the Ibanez SR range in terms of tone and feel? I love my SR for its weight and sound but I find the neck is a bit too thin for my hands.
The tonal range is vast especially with the Jazz pup ,it's a chunkier neck compared to the sr I here the necks are thin ..its heavy than the sr I've never tried a sr so can't really advise on tonal comparison...
 16. Necks quite "chunky"...which I like in a bass , not your typical ibanez ..its lighter than my USA sub and has so many more options with The active eq ....this is a keeper ..
