  1. Just purchased some Genz Benz cabs of Nik ..think it’s about 4 deals we’ve done now mate (if you include buy backs 😉..) Nik is an awesome bass chatter .. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️…always top products as described … Great to meet up and chat mate ..🤟🤟
  2. Zoom Multistomp MS-60B good condition looking for £50.00 …£5.00 uk postage
  3. I seem to have too many schecter model T 5 strings ..so I’m moving this one on it has upgrades of USA hipshots and a Hipshot bridge ..I will supply the original bridge as that has an option of string through though you then require extra long scale strings as it’s a 35”scale .. it’s a swamp ash body and weighs approximately 4.3kg ..it’s fitted with EMG pickups and 18v EMG preamp so it’s quite high spec . It has a couple of cracks in the lacquer around the neck pocket which has been looked at and I’ve been advised it’s purely cosmetic..includes hard case and insured UK postage . It’s a great bass and I will probably regret this . £450.00 inc uk postage

  5. I’ve just bought one as a backup..used it Saturday..it’s now my main amp ..glwts..🤟
  6. So it was a seized truss rod ..not financially viable to repair..and now discontinued..so been offered a full credit .. I have to applaud GuitarGuitar for there help ..I had pretty much destroyed the nut trying to move it ..in hindsight should have left alone when it would nt budge ..but they were top guys 🤟
  7. So I had to purchase an emergency amp for a few Gigs .. Its okay as amps go might be of use to someone ..everything seems to work . Wouldn’t mind £100.00 for it and I’ll include posting in the UK Thoughts and offers ?
  8. So it’s a Class AB amplifiers even better then ..😃 doesn’t that mean it’s got higher efficiency than Class A amps ..and less distortion than class B amplifiers.?
  9. EBS HD350 is equipped with stacks of extras that include a compressor/limiter, tube and speaker simulator, bright filter, overdrive stage in pure “class A” and a powerful accelerated MOSFET power amp with a high efficiency cooling system. All this is housed in a reinforced 2U rack-spaced steel chassis, weighing in at less than 9 kg / 20 lbs.” Other specifications include: Input Impedance 1 ohms Frequency Response 35″ 20.000 Hz Maximum Compression Ratio (Compressor) 3:1 Tone Controls Bass/- 15 dB @ 100 Hz 20 dB @ 10 kHz Drive Control Gain 0-30 dB Drive Type Solid State Effects loop and Balanced Output Minimum speaker impedance 2 ohms Dynamic Output Power 350 W RMS Continuous Output Power 300 W RMS Middle +/-12 dB @ 50 – 3000 Hz, Q=0.5 Treble +/- 15 dB @ 4 kHz Bright -0/20 my reason for thinking it’s a Class A ?…
  10. Yes speakons ..it’s now going back to be looked at ..had no clipping I always watch that as been burnt by that before ..one thing I’d did notice was the fan runs constantly not sure if that should be the case on these older class A amps my GK legacy only comes on when needed ..
  11. The amp has definitely cooked ..never thought a dodgy cable could cause that 🤔
  12. That’s good to hear ..possible fault on the amp has caused the speaker to blow ..though it’s beyond me why that could be the cause the amp wasn’t peaking and was working at about 30% as I was amazed at the volume available.
  13. Looking for some advice on a EBS HD350 … I purchased one of these from a retailer last week and before buying I asked the minimum load as I’d heard these dropped to 2 ohms but I was unsure …I was told it did dropped to 2 ohms and have subsequently gigged with 2 x 4 ohms cabs ..you’ve guessed it cooked the speakers in one cab and blown the amp ..looking at the back panel I can see where a novice could misunderstand this (In hindsight I should have investigated deeper ) but relied on the advice given from retailer ..what I don’t understand is if its a 4ohm amp why does it say 8 or does it work from 8 ohm down to 2 ohm …
  14. used but not required anymore….few marks from use ..will include UK postage Cobra 2U flight case made from laminated ply with full aluminium trim. Butterfly catches are fitted on all lids. Deep 19" Rack Case Strong Hardware Laminated Ply Construction Supplied With Fixings
  15. Yes me mate …not quite the same issue mine lost almost all volume..mine is 4 months old Andertons are being really unreasonable about it and insisted on looking now they want to repair which could take 6 weeks or more 😡
  16. Boss katana 2 x10 bass combo (with cover) I’ve gigged it a couple of times and still in original box and packaging..originally bought for a project that hasn’t really got going and I’ve needed to invest in some new gear ..this is a class A/B So very loud considering the size … Collection from nr18 area (Wymondham,Norfolk) willing to travel. 40 to 50 radius to meet halfway if that helps .. Happy to package if you want to sort ..it’s still in the original packaging and I have plenty of bubble wrap .
  17. I’m afraid I’m totally old school .. learn by ear always have ..can’t teach an old dog new tricks ..
  18. I picked up a epifani 2 x12 a couple of days ago £200.00 seems good
  19. And I was lucky enough to have one 😂..
  20. I had an A/O 900 head ( obviously different version to yours )with a 2 x12 cab …best set up I ever had ..really regret moving it on ..never missed a beat ..I guess all manufacturers have duff products..I’ve just had to send my GK legacy back ..it’s 5 months old !
  21. I guess it’s a difficult industry to make money ..most of them price match with internet so margins I imagine aren’t massive ….
  22. It has gone back to the retailer that supplied them for repair it’s not something I’ve taken on to get repaired .they did spring the 30 days on me ..i know they only get one chance at a repair….i guess it’s a lot easier to battle on the end of computer..gone are the days you can go in the shop and bash on the counter demanding to see the manager
  23. Is it worth buying through a retail shop nowadays?…from my experience there doesn’t seem to be a lot of “customer service “..for me to justifiably buying new ..I have 2 products that have both had to be returned for “repair” the guitar is 8 months old the amp is 5 months.. from my days in retail a few years ago now you could refuse a repair and demand a new product things must have moved on since there or the music industry is a law onto there own ..not sure I want to go out with a repaired amp ..as we all know sometimes there’s a Friday afternoon jobs , and there were not even cheap products…anyone else has problems.? We obviously don’t need to name and shame just wondering if it’s me 😉
