Roland cubes are usually good.

The mini mixer is a good way to go. Though it can be quite noisy. So for that I would use a tried and tested / reliable way and go with the LS2.

Why not just use an LS2?

I always box any item up that I want to send through the network. Seen some hilarious items pass through the depots though when I worked for a courier .. I remember a time where the bassist of our band( I was playing guitar at the time) listened to the drummer and plugged his bass into a guitar amp. The speaker literally farted inside out. I remember the smoke and acrid smell in the room and we all looked at the drummer and shook our heads in unison.

Noise gate pedal failed on my board The screeching whistling mid song eeeech... Had to play clean after that with no overdrive or distortion I felt sad Inside.
