1. What hector said. Copy someone else's and use their runs/fills until you develop yours. Combine various different ones together and you will get your style!
2. The GP7 is a whopper of an amp. Great deal for someone who is good with electrics...
3. I would go to his house with a mate and a hammer. Demand an explanation or the knees gets a Cappin' Then poo on the carpet.
4. 700 quid??? My lord. Crazy some prices.
5. Guitar Lead Tester www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/guitar-lead-tester/1017083789
6.
forget the pedals, DAMN, look at those shoes!
Makin bitches moist with STYLE.
7. First gig I played I was on guitar. I sucked. Was all over the place. We were rather... Under rehearsed !
8. yeah the GP12 there looks ok. there is another BCer here who's selling his trace elliot 4x10 combo, good price. worth investigating, its in the amps and cabs for sale section... i've got a 300w GP12SMX 4x10 combo + 300w GP7SM 1x15 combo the 1x15 covers the low end of the spectrum and the 4x10+hf covers the mid range honk and high end. sounds fat and albeit heavy!! gotta love the trace elliot stuff, built like tanks! on a different thought...all of my gear is built like tank...boss pedals/trace elliot amps...apart from my bass which is cheap and cheerful. i guess if that broke, i could always just buy another cheap one...(im not one for really expensive guitars...) have a look around on ebaygumtree and here as well, some real good quality stuff to be had at great prices!!
9. The TC does have DI socket so you can hook it up to the PA if you need more juice Not sure if it has line out but if so then just hook it up to another combo hah! I've got two trace Elliot combos and I chain them together... Makes you huff and sweat though when I'm humping 70kg worth of amp around... Kinda worth it though for the sound it pumps out... Still curious about the TC though for at home...
10.
yes I like Peavey and TC!! weight doesn't bother me, they keep me fit lugging them around the toneprint thing looks interesting, I watched a youtube vid showing how to upload them to the amp by holding your phone next to the pickup on the guitar and via the app it sends a sound to the amp that changes the tone print!
Yeah! I saw the demo too.. Not sure how it works completely but it definitely separates it from the rest!! Hah! If you want a workout try getting some trace Elliot gear!! That'll give you a run for your money!! And drown out your guitarist too!!
11. 2? Otherwise you are just spread too thin...
12. The BG250 is only 16kg The TNT 115 is 33kg I like peavey but prefer TC !!! It's got that cool toneprint thing on it which I am very interested in...
13. I see no issue with that. Just makes the box cooler I guess!
14. I'd go with the 1x15 trace Elliot. It's heavy but you'll know why when you play it. Will most definitely punch through the mix
15. Everyone stop mailing him !! I want it!!
