Hi all, I am at a loss and close to my wits end. My amp started to emit a smoking smell recently then completely packed in. It's three years old and second hand, so I don't have access to any warranty. I've called round four places and no one will touch it because they don't have access to a service manual. I am based in the North West and if anyone can help it would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Looking for a traditional metal band ala Cirth Ungol/Angel Witch etc to play in. Also keen to chip in with vocals. Based on the Wirral but don't mind travelling around the NW.

I have the Orange OB1 500 and I am playing through an orange 4x10. I am looking to add another cab to the mix and have a good deal on an Ashdown 6x10. I am finding this to be a minefield for an answer. The amp says MINIMUM impedance of 4 ohms. The orange is an 8 ohm cab, the Ashdown 4 ohm. I've calculated it that at an amp power of 500w the total impedance will be 12 ohms (Ashdown at 166 watts and Orange at 333) Does this seem correct? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes that's it. I like the Fuzzrocious Moth but it's a lot of money for something that will be used sparingly

Does anyone know of any good dedicated oscillator pedals? The ones I am coming across seem to be part of a fuzz pedal, and I am all fuzzed out. Would primarily be used for opening/closing gigs with walls of noise
