1. You're welcome. I've been using my Exponent happily for almost two years now, though I've never used the reverbs in it. There seem to be four different reverbs available - Hall, Plate, Room and Shimmer.
2. Nice, I love it too. It's the one out of two essential always on pedals (the other one is DG Vintage Microtubes). I play mostly with pick and got also a feeling that it suites better when playing with pick.
3. Maybe The Accountant by Fairfield Circuitry could do the trick. "Drive" you get out of it is quite unique though.
4. It sure can, but it's quite unique kind of a dirt and not suitable for all occasions. At least for my taste. It's great piece of device but it's not transparent.
5. Here is mine. Element is for silent practice at home only. Board is Mono lite, powered by Cioks DC7 (attached at the bottom of the board). Modele B has been on and off the board for years, some days I dig it, some days not so much, but it never sound bad though. It plays quite nice along with VMT.
6. Darkglass Element
7. IIRC there was a mention at IG, that desktop update is coming soon too.
8. Hi @msb! It would be nice to hear your thoughts how it sounds with Exponent?
9. UAFX 1176 pedal looks interesting. Any new reviews or experiences how it performs with bass? So little information available in the internet at the moment.
10. I have been using Darkglass Exponent lately and been very pleased with it. I ditched my pedalboard entirely and really love the simplicity with this set up. Build up my default sounds around the Vintage Microtubes and really like what comes out of this thing.
11. Probably not able to justify buying this beaty at the moment. But I'm asking anyway if you're willing to deliver it to Finland and if you are what would be the cost?
12. Aguilar Tone Hammer DI!
13. TC Electronic Spark Booster?
14. SansAmp RBI and RPM (parallel) to the Peavey IPR1600 power amp. image url upload
15. Peavey IPR -series. Very light.
16. Aguilar TLC for pure transparent compression and my new favorite - Fairfield Circuitry Accountant - for dirtier stuff.
17. I've been using my RBI with Peavey IPR1600 for few years now without any problems.
18. And here is my "Big rig".
19. Here is my 112 w/ black & white snakeskin. [sharedmedia=core:attachments:128683]
20. Forget to mentioned that I have connected one cab to each output. Cabs are 8 Ohm each. RBI is connected to channel A and shared to channel B via jumper cable.
21. I have a first generation IPR1600 driven by RBI and it works great. I love the sound it produces. I used to have Hartke XL410 + XL115 cabs, but sold them and bought two TKS 112 instead.
22. I've had heard good reviews of SX basses but I haven't tried any of them myself. I'm tempted though. 6 stingers starts at $169. Take a look at www.rondomusic.com.
