1. For sale - Boss BCB30 pedalboard case with audio and power leads, plus a genuine Boss PSA-230ES pedal supply. In great condition, has been used so some abrasion to the internal plastic in two of the pedal pockets where velcro was used to secure two non-Boss pedals, other than that good as new! Proper Boss power supply, not a cheap pattern supply that induces hum and mains noise in your circuit! £25 plus postage or pick up from me - South Hertfordshire, Cheshunt

This example has just completed a full electronic and functional restoration, so is now functioning as well as a new one! Details of the restoration work below. Cosmetically it is very clean with just a few marks to the chassis and end cheeks. Why the Wavestation? It was significantly different to anything else of its time, designed and built by the ex-Sequential Circuits engineers who designed the Prophet-VS. The whole principle of digital wavetable synthesis and wave sequencing opens up sonic possibilities not available to analog, FM or conventional ROMpler synths. You won't find any piano sounds here. This is a pad instrument, great for evolving soundscapes and complex layered sound design. You can read a great deal more about the Wavestation at the following links: http://www.musicrada...estation-604114 http://www.vintagesy...wavestation.php I came into ownership of this instrument a while back and its been 'on the back burner' as a project for me. As a bass player I just dabble in synthesisers as I'm fascinated with electronic sound design. I then decided it wasn't for me to play with and it needed a new home, but in all conscience I couldn't sell it as is! It need a full electronic and mechanical restore by an expert - step in Andrew Jury - AKA Synth Prof! (www.synthprof.com). An ex-Marconi engineer, Andrew is one of the country's top experts in vintage synthesiser restoration and the following work has been completed by him to make this awesome synthesiser as good as new! Andrews report on the restoration: Strip down unit to component parts. Clean and de-fluff chassis works and screening cans. Replace all electrolytic capacitors on both CPU and analogue processing board. Chemically treat jacks and potentiometers. Re-grease both wheel and joystick action centres. Replace EL backlight and tactile switches on control panel PCB. Re-solder connections to rotary encoder. Replace CR2032 NVRAM backup battery. Strip keyboard. Clean keyboard, keys and contact strip. Reassemble and test. EL backlight not working. 10Vac only at inverter transformer terminal when under load. Replace transform to return full 120Vac. Perform RAM init and reload factory data from SYSEX. Functional test. So this really is one of the best examples of this synth out there at the moment. They do appear on eBay from time to time, but buyer beware! Welcome to visit and test at any time - just PM me. 3. Its more of Precision neck - although its faster than a really traditional P type
4. Location is Cheshunt in Hertfordshire, just north of Junction 25 on the M25
5. Bump for an amazing value-for-money bass!
6. Pete is indeed BM's tech, but Chris Ward also does work for BM as House Music (who own the Bass Collection brand) are the manufacturing company for Brian May Guitars. When I picked up my Fender after Chris had worked his magic, Chris was in the workshop restringing a 12 string acoustic belonging to BM. The weight of the bass is around 4.5 KG
7. PRICE DROP TO £295 - £260 for cash on collection. Really need to invest in the next amp and this will fund it. Still open to a trade for the right kind of compact but powerful amp. Only selling because I don't need so many instruments! This is a one-of-a-kind bass, specially constructed for me by Barry Moorhouse of The Bass Centre. Unashamed '70's vibe, this has the following spec: Sunburst body, tastefully relic'ed Maple neck Tortoiseshell pick guard Bareknuckle '58 P-Bass pickups (these are stunning!) which I supplied to Barry specially for the build Babicz Full Contact Hardware bridge Bass Centre Elites Flatwound strings. It is no exaggeration to say this plays as well/better than my USA-made Fender deluxe precision bass (which cost over £1500!!). The icing on the cake is that this was built and set up by Barry's tame guitar tech Chris Ward, who is the bass/guitar tech for Brian May of Queen, Norman Watt-Roy (of Blockheads fame) and many other luminaries, including the personal tech support of the late, great John Entwistle of The Who. It is no word of a lie when I say it shows - it really is a beautifully set up instrument that plays sooooo well. I was so impressed that I asked Chris to do a full set up on my Fender which instantly propelled it into a different league from its shop setup. Complete with a fitted Bass Centre gig bag and a premium Bass Centre strap. You really will not go wrong with this lovely instrument
8.
I can't believe this cab is still here. It was a custom build for me by Mike at Purple Chili. I only sold it because I got the EAD 212. It's very light, loaded with an Eminence neo Basslite and is very musical. The band I was gigging with at the time hated my Ampeg 610 and loved this. I left the SVT Pro II at home and gigged this with a GK MB200, super light and super tuneful.
Thanks Sean, its is a lovely sounding cab and I'm on that cusp of keeping it, but really need to downsize, and whilst its not a huge cabinet, its bigger than the domestic authorities are happy with, now the band keep their kit at home.
