It’s happened to me. I had hassle from someone a couple of years ago when I was selling a pair of Genelec monitors. The guy was going to pay but didn’t, then demanded to know why I hadn’t posted them. Now I always state clearly on the listing that it’s strictly cash on collection only, and give my post code. Anyone wanting anything different the message is deleted and they’re blocked. Life is too short to spend messing about with dishonest people on the internet.

Like new, bought at the beginning of March. They come complete with all original packaging, coily cable, spare ear muffs. I’m a bit of a headphone freak, I have quite a few pairs, I’m always trying new ones. I don't get on with these, they’re great sounding, just a little uncomfortable for my head. These are The V1 model. I bought the V2s at the same time to compare, I thought these sounded better. Price includes special delivery postage. -
Maybe use an SkB Bass Safe? Your gig bag fits inside it. There was one advertised in the sales section recently.

Thanks for sharing this, I’ll listen to it later. I love hearing bass played outside of its regular setting. John Patitucci composed a beautiful piece for 6 string bass and strings a few years ago. -

The best one I’ve been to was in Manchester about 15 years ago. It was held in a music venue, and was more performance orientated with just a few stands from manufacturers and distributors. I remember Jonas Hellborg being there, along with Janek Gwizdala and Yolanda Charles.

I am quite shocked by that photo. I’ve been to a few of these in the past, they’ve always been crowded - one of the reasons why I stopped going.

Covid is - as I suggested on another thread that seems to have vanished - probably one of the reasons why the show was poorly attended. It’s certainly the main reason why I didn’t go.
