Mine is only a few weeks old, it was the first time I used that i noticed the marks on my jeans.
I’ll give it the boot area a good clean tomorrow with some soapy water, see if that helps.
I recently bought a grey one with the red ‘boot. It’s a fabulous gig bag, I’ve noticed though that the colour comes off the boot section. I travelled by train to a gig last weekend, I was walking through town and noticed red marks all over the front of my jeans - I initially put this down to having come from the back of the seat in front of me. Later after more marks appeared i realised they were from the boot on the bottom of the bag. It’s left marks on the skirting board in the room it’s kept in too.
Has anyone else had this?
No. The price now includes VAT and all charges. I’ve bought a few things from them recently. The only thing now is you can’t track your item until it reaches the UK.
It looks nice. I don’t actually like the pickups anyway, I’d get someone to build new cases using a nice piece of figured ebony, it would probably match better.
It’s got to be worth a train ride over.
She’s fabulous. She often has some great musicians playing with her. Anthony Jackson was in her recent band, previously she had Tony Grey on bass, and David Fiuczynski on guitar.

As if trading between the UK and EU wasn’t already difficult and more expensive than it used to be. PayPal are introducing a new charge on transactions between the UK and the EU from November. It’s for businesses - at the moment - so won’t effect private sales, but will possibly push up the price of buying from shops there/here.
I wonder if it’ll apply to Bandcamp purchases? I know of several small labels here and in Europe that have given up selling across the channel.

At the moment they’re not doing any repair or mod work on other makes. I’ve been using their services for years, and contacted them to do some work on my W&T 6 string, they wouldn’t do it, they’re just too busy building instruments.
That’s me too. Consequently I always try and avoid phone calls. My phone is permanently set to ‘do not disturb’. People who know me know to text instead.
Glad you got a response. I played a Stingray with a Status neck a few years ago, it really was wonderful.
Moseley violins in Birmingham quoted me almost £300 to fit adjusters.
There’s a place in Oxfordshire quoted me £100, I’d already dropped it into Tim Toft though.
Thanks for the reply. I’ve taken it to a place in Stone, Staffordshire. They’ve quoted me a very reasonable £130 to fit adjusters to the existing bridge.
