Up for sale is my fully restored Acoustic Control 406. The restoration thread is in 'Build Diaries' but a rough summary it's a 1976 cab stripped, repainted baffles, re tolexed re grilled and 2 EV 15s installed so it's 600 watt 4 ohm and immaculate. Not only that but it has a purpose built flight case to keep it pristine. It has an enormous sound and amazing clarity from the EVs. Super detailed sound and completely full range and very loud and efficient. Price would be £450 including the case and I'm a only selling as I'm in the process of starting a 4x15 version of the same cab series otherwise this would be a lifer. I'm a huge sucker and fan of the Silver Face Bassman gear. This 2x15 is a great compromise for a full vintage sounds yet still really quite compact. Bargain too, the 135 is a very loud amp and capable of any gigging situation. GLWTS
