Orgon Systems Energiser Synth Modules. These modules are standard Orgon Energiser modules, they were made for me by Geoff (when we used to work together) to make a filter module like a QTron but to be honest this is a Tremolo, Auto wah, filter pedal or all 3. stunningly flexible and stunning quality They include an: Envelope Follower Multimode Filter LFO Power Supply Module. They come in a box made by Orgon Systems which is a bit tatty, However the modules are immaculate and in full working order. They sounds produced by the filter are unbelievable, I've never heard a filter sweep so low and high, phenomenal frequency response. I have also used these with old analogue synths and it really improves the thinnest sounding mono or polysynth. (you can polish a turd ) The modules were about £45 each but are unbelievably rare and sought after, Prefer a swap, something synthy first? Cheers Dave
Is that a reissue 70's bass or a very well kept 70's bass with upgraded bridge? Very nice whichever
Hi Gareth, The bridge is a Gotoh, dont know how i missed that in the original post. Missing it already, but really glad that Sam is so happy with it. Cheers David

Mint nick, pains me to sell this one as I always lusted after the original BB 2000s and this is the closest Ive got yet. Yamaha blurb: BB414 combines classic passive electronics and legendary BB design to create a bass ready for action. For more than 20 years, Yamaha BB Series basses have been the workhorse for some of the world’s greatest bassists. Through the years, these players have relied on Yamaha's BB Basses to deliver that deep, warm thump that has become the hallmark Yamaha bass sound. The BB414 features a solid alder body with a bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Electronics include a custom voiced ceramic soapbar-style bridge pickup, a split coil neck pickup, a toggle selector switch and speed knobs for master volume and master tone." £200 Plus postage, no case but will be packed very well. Cheers Dave

Hello I put this together after joining a Floyd tribute, and Im a sucker for 70s style P basses, but am now looking to build a 62 alike, so THINKING about moing this on if there is any interest. Its an Alder Body £65 Mighty Mite Neck £99 Fender 70s Machines + Hipshot D Tuner. £65 Fender F plate and gasket £22 CTS pots, Switchcraft Jack and cloth wiring, £17 Custom Guard £35 Kent Armstrong Hot Vintage PUP £39 All paint by Dave Wilson (dwguitars) £280 The only change is a WD brand new Fender neck due to a truss rod fail in the Mighty Mite one. A Further 270 inc paint and fit etc. No idea what to ask so will pitch it at 500ish? Would cost you more to build it and it is WAY beyond the spec let alone the quality of the RW Sig. the bottom out of this thing is HUGE! I have a real 70s P and this has as much bottom Cheers Dave
Yeah, I think that might be the next course of action. It only started playing up towards the end of the session, so we didn't have much time for muckin' aboot.
Hi Owain Sounds like they are gonners. They voice coils start to drag when they get over hot, they may stop when they have cooled but it is unlikely, It usually sounds as you have described barky, scratchy etc, which is the expanded coil catching the sides of the magnet on its travel. If you want to test the damage, place the cab on its back and push the coils gently by hand and if you can feel it catching then its buggered. If you cant move it at all then it has welded itself to the magnet, This has happened to me before when i lent my monitors to an ex student for PA hire, how he manged to blow 2, 15 inch monitors capable of handling 500 watts each and not realise at the Head of Steam is beyond me Tell Tim, Phil Poolan at work has an old pair of Burman 12s which he has no use for. Cheers Dave
