3.
+1 on the mouse pad (or try ebay during the next blue moon! ). That's certainly a very nice looking Ray. Do you know the year, at all? Not sure about the plain white guard on the natural body, to be perfectly honest. But that's just me!
Im not sure if Ernie Ball now do them as a spare part due to the release of the new Classic Ray? or +1 on the mouse pad. Cheers Dave
 4.
Bit annoying, the purple SR5 being the second SR5 i have owned, both had problems where the G string slot on the nut was cut too close to the edge of the fingerboard. I use quite light G's (30-40) And they slip off the edge very easily.
If its really disappointing then Ill be a gentleman and take the burden off your hands

 9. Bought this recently but have no current use for it, It is not "AS NEW" as described in the original ad, Its is oldish and looks used with the battery cover for the transmitter unit missing. I am happy to let this go for what i paid, which was fair for the unit £45 collected or plus postage? 10. I have had the head stock double end, CNC made plugs inserted to the old holes and then flamed veneers front and back and then gloss lacquered both sides and the back of the neck. This could be easily re drilled back to 4 string or continue with the 8 string conversion. (All work by Dave Wilson Guitars) Unfortunately now need to sell
 11. Thanks

 13.
Just bought this babe, I think its a Mk2 from 1987, I really wanted a Mk1 (just like Rockschools Henry Thomas - remember him?) but they are so rare that had to get this one and what tones!!
Stunning.
 14.
1/3 of the price of a custom shop p ,but equal quality . All work by D.WILSON
I know Dave's work and would never trust an instrument to anyone else. His finishes are immaculate and his attention to detailing is impeccable. I would say this will easily surpass a CS.
 15.
Blimey, someone likes Stingrays... Are they all 3 band or is there a 2 band lurking at the back?
The Staus neck and the 78 at the back are 2 band.
hey mate why you dont buy an HH model ? have u ever tried one?
I haven't tried the HH but Im not sure i like the look, thats not the only reason, i wouldnt buy a bass on looks alone but i really like the sound out of the single H it gives me everything i need and has more depth and cut than i need. Combined with a programmable sansamp and subtle finger position and dynamic playing changes i have all i need. Saying that, I wouldnt rule out trying or buying one if i liked them. Have you got one? is it much different/better than the H? Cheers Dave

 21. "But the lure of bringing back The Who was too much for him to resist and he joined Daltrey, Townshend and Moon to plan the band’s North America Reunion Tour. Tragically, Entwistle was found dead in his hotel room on the eve of the first show." Were they planing on digging him up for the shows or was he just involved in the planning stage ?
