1. Was in there today hoping to see the Ray , Aria looks in good nick, didn't play it though. Wife was in the car, drumming of fingers could be heard for a 2 mile radius.
 2.
MB1. ....... You Havent got the through body bridge that goes with em?
No sorry, thats why i took them off the bass. Thanks Dave
 3. Hello From my '89 Through body bass but no longer required, Think they are nickel, not fantastic condition as some has worn off but if your after vintage look then these will be fine. No idea what they are worth so hit me with a price INC P+P Im not after much and am not easily insulted Cheers Dave
 4. "It is very hard to price, so I am going to offer it at the price I recall paying for it, which was a steal! £500 collected from Hereford or delivered at the buyers cost." Steal is not the word mate! I think the Doctor may PM you Lol. Good Luck Dave
 5.
. I'm 38 but look much older due to baldness/greyness!
Shave it all off mate, seriously you will never look back. I used to be as thin as a pin but "spread" a few years ago and Jesus its hard to shift but its going, I've lost 1.5 stones this last couple of months just not eating Chinese or chocolate and cycling about 5 times a week. Also returned to kayaking which does wonders for flattening your gut ATB Dave
 6. Oooooooohhhhhhhhhh Momma That is stunning. If life and finances weren't in such a turmoil i would have this. Good luck with the sale
 7. Bought this for mobile recording project which has now downsized so i have no further need for this. Its in great condition but 2 of the hinges have broken off but have not damaged the case. The rivets have just broken off. Could be replaced but to be honest i hated them and they inhibited unpacking etc. I would prefer swapping this for a couple of NON shock mounted 4 or 3u cases but would also sell, paid around 200 for this so make me an offer, Im not easily insulted Cheers Dave
 8.
Are you open to trades as well as offers?
No sorry, Just a straight sale now. I will amend the first post. Thanks Dave
 9.
If I wasn't "retired" from buying basses we'd be talking Dave !!!
Too be honest Im having second thoughts about a sale, I played it at the weekend for a full gig only intending to play it for the first set but t sounded so good and played itself. I suppose im still open to offers but it is still very much a feeler. Cheers Dave
 10. Thanks for all the comments guys, Its a gorgeous bass and as i said its a feeler, I don't want to sell but would like to change my car, settle a few debts etc etc ... you know the score. Birdy's post has gone but the bass stands me; Initial purchase (un working), electronic repair, ancillary work and paint by Dave Wilson, new East pre amp, Ernie Ball knobs, Chrome Strap Buttons, Nickel Screws, Total cost of circa 1100 , I would need to cover this or close to, to make it worth selling. Thanks Dave
 11.
Have you got the original electronics?
Hello No sorry, it had a seymor duncan circuit in when i got it which i have since sold on. Cheers Dave
 12. This is strictly a FEELER ATM, Bought this off Doctor of the Bass earlier this year. It plays like a dream and sounds unbelievable. I had it refinished by Dave Wilson in the most flawless black. It has had a new East MM2 Band and A Nordstrand MM Pickup. I have no idea what this is worth to other people hence the Feeler status so if you are interested PM me. Cheers Dave

 16.
I really like you rendition of Vincent.
Cheers mate, really ropey performance as i had just worked it out when the recording was done. Dave
 17.
It's worth a ton fifty. Now we are in your rope, it is spelled tonne.
It is worth a TON fifty however that would be imperial TON not Metric TONNE to be a pedant.
