battered charvel

can anyone help me? i have dimarzio split p pick up in my old charvel, which i've had for 16 years, i've not played for a while, and need it re wiring, it used to have active circuitry, but i only have the pick ups, can anyone reconmend either a place to buy new active circuits from or the components i need to get, my bass did have a j pick up but i not got one at the moment, but i may want to add one at a later date, so wiring would have to be able to accomodate this. any help would be gratefull. thanks, battered charvel
