Tried this again at rehearsal last night. Thing of beauty but I am just not as comfortable with the semi-acoustic body as I am with my Mustang. Try me with a close offer!

Was too hasty withdrawing this lovely bass. Truth is it won't get much of a look-in due to my phenomenal '71 Mustang bass. Back up FS it goes at £680 including UK standard delivery

In response to a lowball offer, I am not going below £1400 as I have already paid off most of the cost of my '71 Mustang and as I have a couple of basses I would sell ahead of this one if pushed (MIJ Mustang, Gretsch Broadkaster). Plus, to be blunt, a bog standard American Professional Jazz is £1469 new at Andertons and this is a rare-as-heck 33 y/o beauty!

Beautiful and relatively rare short scale bass, around 10 years old. Just doesn't sit right with me ergonomically due to hollow body. Made in Japan, top quality and only a few minor blemishes in the finish (definitely 9/10). Wearing La Bella flats and with original hard case. Collection from London (Hammersmith area) preferred but will post UK for extra £25. Sale only, no trades. Trying to pay off my recently-acquired '71 Mustang! Here is previous owner's FS thread with specs etc.

@Sparky MarkJust took these pics. Plus one of the grizzled, probably 40 y/o Mustang-sized hard case my incoming '71 arrived in which could be used to safely transport the MIJ Mustang. I am just south of Hammersmith Bridge

I have some fabulous passive basses but this is much more flexible with the East preamp (its excellent for recording). Plus its super slick and easy to play

Actually, I am withdrawing this as I have 4 other basses up for sale to bring in funds and I do want to keep this one.
