Further re weight, if I were to take off the comfort strap and some strips of Scratchpad protector felt off the back (which I applied as its minty and I didn't want to add buckle rash), it would come in a little below 11 pounds. As you can see from the specs on the website (below), the target weight is nearer 10 pounds. Also note that Bruce Johnson added an extra inch to the scale length, versus the original Ampeg 34", in order to give it more double-bass like tonal character. * SOLD * I have used this for all of my double bass gigs in the past 12 months and it's a real Swiss Army knife of a pedal, with preamp, feedback fighting capabilities, DI/XLR, and a natty inbuilt tuner with silent mute (very helpful for tuning between tracks super-fast). it's like a Fishman Plat Pro but with extra bells and whistles, notably the tuner and more sophisticated EQ options.
