3. Specific trade alternative: I had a deal to buy a fretless Precision but this has fallen through overnight. Hence I would trade this bass for a fretless MIA Precision (eg Tony Franklin) in sunburst or oly white (not maple neck) if anyone is interested
 4. PS, if anyone on South Coast is interested in this I will be at the University of Chichester on Sunday recording a live video in the daytime (roughly 11am-6pm) with my swampy blues band Rattlin Bone so could meet up there or nearby
 5. Some lucky person just paid £150 for it. Hope he/she gets that back when they part it out

The highest bid last time was £1060. Not a chance
 9.
Stop being posers and just plug into the amp.
What you don't understand Wayne is that having a pedalboard automatically elevates your bass playing to God-like status Bet Mark King's pedalboard is bigger than Fat Mike's
 10.
If you get yours before I get mine, mate, there'll be trouble ...
If I get mine first you'll have to catch me Jack .. and I can run faster than you at the moment! So it turns out all of us had ordered the same pedalboard. Fingers crossed we all get a delivery this week ...
 11.
Thread Hijack: Does anyone know, did the "standard" Spoiler model come with the A/E-1 preamp?
Dunno but I know a man (or several hundred men) who does - the Alembic Club is bursting with Alembic devotees, tons of info and has Alembic staff logging in regularly http://alembic.com/cgi-bin/alembic-club/discus.cgi/

 14. Happy Jack and I separately ordered new small-sized pedalboard in early Dec. No mention on website that wasn't in stock. Then we got emails saying wouldn't arrive from China until late-Jan. Not heard dickie-bird since. Harumph
 15. Final price drop £750 to get this sold as could do with some positive cash flow for a change (just had to fork out over weekend for Macbook for eldest son who is doing an Art foundation - ouch). If it does not sell at this level I will store it and put it up FS if/when the market starts moving again. Payment plan options - 2x £375 or £350 plus 4x £100
 16. When I saw WoT had posted I assumed he was offering the caps lock key as a trade for your boo boo. Instead some dumb picture of a cartoon animal. Bah. I will never cease the GAS for that caps lock key
 17. Mine all sit on a Warwick muti-stand rack by my side of the marital bed (well I'm married with kids so I have to do something to exciting in bed ). Got a couple of hard cases but these are in my study or under the bed and I use a Mono soft case for gigs.
 18.
Stop using the words "retro" and "TI flats" in your postings. I am weak...
Tredders, from your sig you clearly are a bit short in the Precision department so you know it makes sense!!
 19. Sunday morning bump. Swapped strings again for an old worn- in set of TI flats and I think it's now at it's most retro-ness and best playability (compares very favourably with my Pino, the main difference being the clubbier neck on the 62) Cash only unles silldx wants to trade his awesome custom bass
