Beautiful bass Steve. Can't wait to see it (and try it!) in the flesh. I hope you don't change your mind and sell it before the new year ha ha! Im' sure you won't. You seem to be a dedicated 4 string Sadowsky lover. See you soon, Merry Christmas! Steve

Sorry if I never replied to you guys about this. I didn't have email notification of replies switched on! Anyway, if anybody's still interested this IS a 6u case (not 8u as advertised previously!). The Powerstrip is available too for £20 (broken fuse though) plus postage (need to check out the cost of that) or collection if you're local. Steve

Hi Steve, Did you sell the 5 string Sadowsky then? Just a note to everyone, I've played this very bass (custom shop Jazz) and absolutely loved it. It has a fullness and warm I really enjoyed. It's well balanced and a nice weight. It's probably a better player than my 1975 Jazz... See you soon Steve!

6U sleeved rack flightcase for sale. Made by the Flightcase Warehouse in Tamworth. It has a tough hexaboard covering and foam surround between the outer casing and inner housing. This unit has been used a handful of times and has spent the last 18 months safely tucked away in a cupboard. new price for these cases is £184. I'm selling it because I recently changed to a lightweight amp system and also because I'm moving house and have no room to store the case. I'll accept £60 to get it off my hands (Collection only, I'm based in Birmingham, not far from M5 junction 1, 2 or 3!) I'll include the Samson power strip for £20 (see photo). It's a very handy way of keeping all your rack gear plugged into one unit, meaning you only need one mains cable to leave the rack. Keeps everything tidy. ***The fuse reset is not working on this unit. You would have to use a separate circuit breaker attached to your mains plug*** Steve The Rack in use:
I do feel rather drawn to this amp, considering I have the UL610 cab to match it with. What configuration is the effects loop? series / parallel? Could I be thinking about selling my powersoft???
You definitely need to buy this amp! Ha ha! It sounds amazing through my Epifani UL410. Let me know when you've made a decision and have cash to give me

FOR SALE: Pensa Custom 4 string FRETLESS J bass

Sadly I'm having to sell my beautiful Pensa Custom fretless 4 string. This bass is, in my opinion, the best playing and sounding fretless I have ever played. It doesn't get a huge amount of use but I did hope to play it in a jazz trio I recently started. Unfortunately I need to sell this beauty in order to free up my financial situation. The bass was made in 1996 for an American session player, the date of this transaction and the player's initials appear on the neck plate. The bass is in good condition apart from a few dings on the lower horn and top edge near the bottom of the bass. Not sure of the body wood but it's possibly Alder and the fingerboard is ebony with lines. Chrome hardware with Badass bridge and Hipshot D-tuner. The pickups are incredible Lindy Fralins and the Pensa electronics comprise pickup volume (x2), treble, bass (in active mode) and a selector switch which gives active, passive and mute. The treble knob is also a passive tone control. The sound is huge and warm, the back pickup is honky and tight, but beautiful! £1000.

Hi, Would anyone be interested in buying my EMU Proteus 2000 and Korg Triton Rack Modules? Both in mint condition. Sadly not boxed but I have original disks and manuals. Home use only. When I say use, they have literally never been used. I've recorded with them at home a handful of times but just don't have the use for them. I'd accept £650 for both modules and throw in a desktop rack stand and cables (2 x 4-way jack to jack looms to make use of the separate outputs on the modules). I'm based in Birmingham. Steve
