Cool cheers! I already have one of these actually, and I think it's great. Super clear and wide sounding. Not boomy at all like some people think 15s are.

I'd love to have a second one, just for sheer loudness and arrogance. Definitely don't need it though as one is loud as it is!

Not a problem. Just give me a PM if you want to talk about it further.

2. Just to clarify this is:
1. A standard transmitter and receiver with power supply (regular price from SmoothHound £150)
2. An additional 2nd transmitter which doesn't normally come with the main set (An additional £75 from SmoothHound)
3. x2 Female to Female strap adaptors (£4.95 each from SmoothHound)

So it totals £234.90 from them direct. I'm looking for £180 ONO

Just clarifying as someone at first thought it was just an overpriced regular unit which it is not :D .

3. Hi there.

This listing is for my Ernie Ball Musician Stingray from around 2009. It’s a great sounding bass. Plays superb and the active preamp gives an excellent sound with the bass and treble boosts. I’m just not a fan of active basses so this has sat unused for a while and I’ve decided to sell it to someone who will use it. There’s a few marks over it with a few small chips, nothing major just normal wear and tear. There’s is some lacquer scratching to the upper and lower horns, it’s not through the finish but won’t buff out. Comes with Ernie Ball hard case where is cracked and well used but still protects the bass and locks without issue. Bass is fully working with no issues.

Pictures below are of the actual bass for sale that I took myself.

Here’s the detail from Ernie Ball:

4. Hi there.

This listing is for my Orange OBC115 bass cab. This thing has a great low end, I mean it fills a room big time. It’s been really well looked after, I always make sure it’s carried safely, protective cover on when not being used and I always used the Orange Bass Terror with it so as not to drive the cab too hard. Still sounds as good as the day I got it. Fully working, no issues. I’m also selling an Orange Bass Terror 500 head that I used with this cab on a regular basis and it sounds fantastic.

Pictures below are of the actual cab for sale that I took myself.

Here’s the detail from Orange:

This great bass enclosure boasts 13 ply high density 18mm birch plywood and has an output of 400W (RMS) handling 8 ohm. It has a 15" Eminence Kappa 15A 400w speaker.

Skid Design Feet

The OBC115 has tough skids on its base, allowing for enhanced stage protection. Furthermore, these skids act to couple the enclosure to the floor, increasing bass response.

Featured Design

The inside of the cab is acoustically compartmented for strength and anti-vibration. The cabinet is also side-ported, which allows for speaker self-correction.

6. This listing is for my Smoothhound digital wireless system with an additional transmitter.

This things is great. Easy to use, self switching channels, runs for ages on x2 AAA batteries. Crystal clear sound. I bought this middle of last year as I wanted to go walkabout when playing (Like my singer does) but to be honest I never really did. Since taking apart my pedalboard I haven’t used it at all so have decided to sell it. Normally these unit come with only one transmitter, I purchased a second so I could have my backup bass ready to go incase a battery died or I broke a string, neither of these ever happened. An extra transmitter is £75 from Smoothhound themselves. What you get is the box, manual, 2x Transmitters, a receiver , power supply and a Smoothhound plectrum. I’ll also include (free of charge) a couple of female to female adaptors so that the units can be attached to your strap via your own path cable. No micro suction pads but these are only a couple of pounds on Ebay if you want them but trust me the strap option works and looks much better. Units are fully working.

Pictures below are of the actual pedalboard for sale that I took myself.

7. It doesn't happen acoustically.

I'll give it a try. I could only try it at low volume at home. Thought I had nailed it but gig volume with the band last night had me thinking otherwise.

It's interesting and may be why I'm getting this as the strings that are the lowest are the ones that are the closest, kinda of the opposite to what you'd think but In have heard of issues like you say.

8. I got the OB-1 and had it for a short time. It was a great head but my issue was that when you add the drive there's no option to control the volume jump and it was just too much for me. This head sounds like it has a lot more going on in the respect of tonal control. I think if they could do a head which sort of sat in the middle of these it might be right up my street. I saying that both of these heads sound killer and Orange are doing a great job.

9. That's actually not a bad idea. My leads are pretty long and I do have a wireless I could use but the wireless I was using adds highs, so will probably run the lead.

It is a weird one in that on one bass it isn't an issue on the other two it is. Then it's fine on all 4 strings up until about frets 6-7 then the D starts to lose volume and the G is pretty much in-audible.

I never noticed it until a couple of weeks ago and now it's driving me crazy.

10. Hi all.

Had this issue for a little while recently. My basses seem to sound really weak on the D and especially the G strings. I've ran 3 of my basses at gigs. One of them is an 09 USA P-Bass and that seems fine. The other two are a 14 USA P-Bass and a 14 Mark Hoppus Bass. On the later two basses the strings seem fine up to about maybe the fret on the D & G strings then it's like they disappear.

I've tried different Cabs, preamps and removing my pedals but nothing cures this. The other thing I've done is to alter the pickup height, even to the degree that the Hoppus has the E as low as it will go and the G really close. Still this issue remains.

Now the one constant (Other than me and my picks) are that the two basses I have this issue with both have Fender 105-45 nickels on them. The 09 P-Bass has 105-50 Prosteels. Surely it can't be the strings can it? I mean these are a well known brand.

For reference my rig is an Orange Terror 500 head ran into either an Orange OBC115 or a Barefaced Super T. I have been known to bypass the Terrors preamp and run a Sansamp bass driver V2 into it.

Has anyone got any help? I have searched on here but the solutions people have suggested either didn't work, are not applicable to me or I have maybe done something wrong. I have to specially order my Prosteels so I want to be 100% sure this will cure the problem I have before I order a few.

Thanks for any help.
