[/quote] Technically you're correct on the tonal differences but the difference would be so minor as to be inconsequential. I would just choose whichever you prefer aesthetically, to be honest.

I have an SR1205 - it's a fantastic bass. The quality is outstanding!

I'll be honest - I didn't actually notice there were two pictures until far too late so I've just worked from the first picture from which I got a punk vibe ( I don't know why!).I see I've gone a very different direction to the others so far (nice work btw!) - oh well, variety is the spice of life etc! :-P

I went in first thing this morning and it was like the OP described, but just went in and it's back to normal. Maybe they were doing maintenance or something?
