1. il take it il pm you
2.
So - quite a number of posters have mentioned the gains they have made by selling on Wals for 2, 3 and 4 x the original cost. I can't help but draw parallels between art lovers who invest in art as opposed to those who are invested in the art - if you get my distinction. Is a Wal bass an investment (like property in a good area) or is it a purchase from the heart?
so are you saying that Wals are art?
3. yeah if its full of fluff you just need to pick it all out with a needle
4. there is another one this sunday at birmingham and manchester
5. very easy and nice to deal with prompt payment as well
6. Hi i have a red Paul Reed Smith guitar gig bag for sale in good condition with decent padding and nice big pocket on the front I'm looking for £15 for it including p&p and here are some pics, Thanks Andy
7. Can you feel it coming in the air tonight? oh lord! oh Lord!
8. also the b1on seems to have more drum loops are they any better than the b3?
9. heres the link to the manual if you havent already got it https://www.zoom.co.jp/products/multistomp/zoom-ms-60b-multistomp-bass-pedal#downloads when i got my b3 i printed off the pages i needed to make my own quick reference guide instead of having to trawl through the manual each time and the more you use it the easier it gets
10.
Google 'Beaver Felton' Amazing wheel chair bound player, did many excellent bass tuition vids in the 80's.
just remember to type it correctly
11. i seen this from the other post earlier and they all look great and interesting article too
12. most wheelchairs ive seen(i have seen a few) the sides just simply unclip and come off so any bass should be suitable, and if lightweight small body and quite cheap i would suggest an ibanez sr300 as a candidate and they come in lots of nice colours too
13. maybe you could ambush him at his next stop, or even better you could have a cuppa waiting for him when he arrives. i also have found dpd to be very good
14.
I guess also, if you remove the cover from the screw then you have more of the screw available to you to be able to get a pair of pliers on the head and unscrew it that way. (Whilst protecting the headstock with masking tape of course)
yep good thinking
15.
Doesn't that give you a high chance of breaking the cover? Also, there's only a small chance of this working as the bottom edge of the cover will be tight against the nut.
yes you do need to be careful and may not work at all and it could be too tight against the nut however replacing the cover is easier if it does snap than repairing the gouge marks in the head if you slip with the hacksaw blade
16. another method might be to remove the tuners and try to spin the the trus rod cover underneath the screw pulling it up to grip into the bottom of screw as that might help undo it
17.
I have been a few times and there are bargains to be had depending on what who turns up on the day. A couple of years back I got a Morley guitar Wah pedal and a boss bass limiter pedal and sold a jackson charvel guitar without pickups so yeah I think it's ok and a good idea. More shops should do it. It would be good if they did it two or three times in the year rather than just the once. But I can imagine finding three days a year when it's not raining is pretty challenging.
yes it did rain a bit in the morning but it stopped after half an hour so unpacked my few things and rsumed with the car boot
18. well i went and was good quite a few traders enough to fill the car park and spill out onto the street as well but that is due to it being a small car park. PMT were also selling a lot of second hand stuff as well so a few bargains to be had as i looked around and also the shop was very busy. i managed to sell a few of my unused items such as leads stand so i came away a bit richer. i think it was a good worthwhile event and hope they do more
19. i cant imagine it to be lots of people selling stuff but just lots of punters going to the shop to sell stuff to.
20. so for the people who sit what do you sit on?

24. as im sure a lot of us practice at home and for those that play sitting down, what is a good place to rest your bottom on? does anyone have a throne to rival Mr. Grohl? i just play perched on the edge of my sofa which is good but i dont think it is the best so any recommendations for stools seats or such like and of course we all love pics. porcelain
