Can I ask, where did you get the Status-esque pickguard?

Paul bought my MXR Analog Chorus, great communications and instant payment, no issues at all, deal in confidence! š

Basschat legend, great guy to deal with, very fast and extremely helpful communications, not a hassle in the slightest...top fella. Cheers, Dougie.

Bought these brand new, just arrived this morning and found that I've stooopidly ordered the wrong size internal diameter. Of course, I could change them, but by the time I pay for postage there and back it would be pretty much pointless. Would cost Ā£15.98 to buy new (including postage on top), so say Ā£11 posted? * These are 6mm internal diameter btw, would have been helpful to note that! *

Just bought a loaded Olympic White P-Bass body from Jon...whole transaction went as smoothly as it possibly could ever go...thoroughly decent guy, great communications and the body arrived, well packaged and secure...absolutely first class from start to finish... Deal in absolute confidence... Cheers, Dougie.

Just completed a 'Grade A' transaction with Trevor who purchased my Fender Jazz AVRI and it couldn't have gone better. Perfect communications and seems a bloody lovely guy to boot. Trade with absolute confidence, cheers Dougie.

I had this up for sale back in March 2016 but changed my mind and withdrew very quickly and it's been sitting in its case ever since. After swithering again somewhat, I've eventually decided to put back up for sale my Candy Apple Red 2002 Fender AVRI 75 Jazz FSR with matching head-stock which I bought from Basschat's very own Karlfer back in December 2013. The bass is numbered 00167 and comes with all case candy etc., as you'd expect. The condition is immaculate, I honestly cannot find a single scratch, bump, ding etc., anywhere on this bass. The reason for the sale is purely down to it not being used. I solely play P-basses now, but to be blunt, this bass is far too nice and too great a quality for my needs. It has literally been played around 20, 30 times since I bought it just over seven years ago and each time only at home or studio rehearsals...the thought of me playing it down the local 'Dog and Duck' scares the bejesus out of me in fear of cracking that lovely, sparkly and shiny headstock...!! Happy to insure and courier to UK MAINLAND only at buyers expense. Bank transfer only, or cash on collection. Anyway, enough of the chat, here's the pictures......

Pair of non-branded Jazz pick-ups, had them packaged up for a while for a project that never materialized. Can't recall what make, but certainly not branded on the casing that I can see. If I recall, they came from a Squier jazz a number of years ago. Excellent condition, only slight masking tape residue on casing from where they'd been taped together but will be covered by body route. Ā£15 posted to UK mainland.

That's a real beauty!!

Quilter BB800 for sale. Excellent condition, gigged maybe 3, 4 times, otherwise just been used at home - very low volume...! - in a practice setting. For a small unit, it certainly packs a meaty, mighty, hefty punch. All the details here: https://www.quilterlabs.com/index.php/product/bass-block-800 Postage to mainland UK included.

LEAD GUITARIST REQUIRED The Substitutes - Glasgow, who replocate The Who's iconic and legendary sounds, need a new PETE TOWNSHEND...!! https://youtube.com/channel/UCu-r1DHKui6ATQ6T0wlerhw We are looking for the right person to join our band, someone who is obviously interested in playing The Who, but who also has the necessary level of ability and competency, but above all, must be level headed, easy going and with a decent personality, deviod of egos or arrogance, who will fit in with the current dynamics of the band. We are aleady established around the Mod and Scooter Rally scene, we have played several Mod dates including Kelso Scooter Rally, Paisley ModStuff and Lanarkshire March Of The Mods. There are a few dates in the diary this year also, for Millport Scooter Rally in August, Paisley's March of The Mods and Glasgow GrungeFest in October and we are actively looking to add to these before the year is out. We have setlists ready to go for all dates currently booked, and an extensive catalogue of The Who's materials to work from, including full sets of Tommy, Quadrophenia and Who's Next material as well another full of the expected hits and earlier stuff. Our rehearsal studio already has dates provisionally pencilled in for the first week in May, with weekly rehearsals thereafter. Thanks for reading, cheers.
