1. I pressed delete before it had even recorded. I can't recall watching much of anything on this series.
2. What size venues you looking for? There's also The Classic Grand, probably holds 200-300 I'd say, maybe a wee bit more. There's the O2 ABC 2 and Barrowlands 2. Ivory Blacks as well, maybe 150-200...although they are probably more catering towards the indie and rock end of the market to be fair.
3. These are fantastic basses...I recently traded my Lakland 55-64 for one of these, Dudepit Sherwood Green Ltd Edition version. It was supposed to be an 'in-transit' bass, and I was planning on selling it on, but since I got it, it's practically became my main 'go to' bass. Love it. GLWTS.
4. http://youtu.be/XG63OtsKC7k Sums it up! Well in man!
5. Bought the Nu Yorican Soul album a good few years ago off the back of this track...although I have to admit that until now, I never appreciated it was a cover.
6. Saw JTQ a number of years ago at The Arches in Glasgow where they played this and the Starsky and Hutch theme as well, brilliant night. Also check out the album Supernatural featuring Noel McCoy on vocals, not listened to for a long time, I'm gonna have to dig that out later.
7. I would be happy to buy this pedal at £80, but I'm totally skint just now, need a month or two to build the bank balance up again.
8. I live just up the road in Wishaw and recorded a few demos in Foundary Music Lab as well, really nice and friendly wee place, rehearsed in it umpteen times. Lovely looking bass as well, really cool.
9. Geezer Butler, John Entwistle, Jason Newsted, JPJ, Flea, Nate Watts, Stuart Zender, Andrew Levy, Mani, Timmy Commorford, Duff McKagan...... Basically all the guys I grew up listening to, playing along to and trying to emulate their recordings...
10. Hmmm...I was just looking at these earlier today as well, as I'm thinking about reintroducing it back into the passive Lakland Skyline Joe Osborn I've just bought. Paid at the end of the week, if this is still around I'll maybe give you a shout.
11. When do you want us to start putting our orders in?
12. Sorry, should've explained better, I'm still wanting to use the cable channel to house the connection leads, so I'm looking for the cables to be long enough between the sockets to go from one pedal back round the cable channel and into the next... Yeah, I know.....OCD is a bugger!!!!
13. Hey, I currently have a Boss BCB-60 pedal board and I’ve recently sold the few Boss pedals I used to use and have started renewing these with MXR pedals. Whereas the power socket on the Boss pedals is located on top of their pedals, the power socket from the MXR pedals is on the side, further down beyond the jack socket. I’ve not actually started putting my pedals back into the board as yet, but I’m already anticipating that the daisy chain power lead supplied with the Boss board is not going to be long enough to reach each MXR pedal whereas it was perfect for the Boss pedals. What I’m asking, any idea where can you get either (1) a daisy chain lead with longer cable sections between the sockets or (2) daisy chain extension leads such as this one - http://www.gak.co.uk...extension/82849 - cheaper than the Diago ones at £5.99 each supplied by GAK? Thanks for listening... Dougie.
14. Purchased an MXR M80 DI pedal off Oli, bought it on the Friday and it arrived safe and sound first thing on the Monday morning, very well packaged, great condition, good communications throughout...all good.
15. Traded a bass with Bigwan a couple of days ago, all as advertised, great communications throughout, fantastically well packaged and arrived safe and sound...no worries at all.
16.
I recall it was terrific, terrific bass.
That's good to hear! Looking forward to taking delivery in the next few days.
17. Now traded...after much deliberation on my part, I decided I couldn't resist the JO after all...
18. Sorry fella!! As much as I'm loving the look of your Joe Osborne as well, I'm finding I'm playing my Duck Dunn far more lately than my Metro jazz, so figured I'd invite P trade offers. Like I said, still far prefer a cash sale, so if your JO moves in the near future......
19. BUMP... Would still prefer a cash sale, but would also be open to a trade with the right Fender P bass.
