1. Still think that's proper nice, and if I didn't have my Sadowsky Metro J, I'd have been all over a trade deal with this. Still trying to fight the urge to be honest, but trying to keep to two basses for now!!
2. Another vote for the Lakland Duck Dunn, I'm loving mine.
3. Hmmm, nice......and I've got a 55-02 deluxe for sale / trade as well...
4. Another price drop and the last one, if it doesn't go at this, I'll be keeping it... Now down to £775.00
5. No worries, good luck with the sale.
6. Stunning, don't suppose you could be tempted with my Lakland Skyline 55-02 Deluxe I've got on sale a couple of pages down?
7. I'd love to see pics of this, but can't access Google Plus without signing up.
8. More amp than I'm needing I'm afraid mate, but if you can sell it, you'll welcome to try me out with a cash alternative...
9. You're drummer must've been pissed off though..."right you, bolt!"
10. These are lovely basses. I've got the deluxe version of this - on sale here actually. I just wish I'd bought the 4-string version instead and I'd be keeping it, finding the neck width just a tad uncomfortable for me.
11. No mate, Larkhall I believe, in Lanarkshire.
12. My YOB...if my numbers have came up, I'll be pm'ing you tomorrow!!
13. To be honest gareth, that's exactly my issue, the slab is the main factor why I've not made, nor planning on making, any offer.
14. Certainly looks in good nick from the photos I've seen. The seller has also been in touch with me to see if I'd be interested in a trade for my Lakland 55-02 I have for sale on the same webpage, so it's certainly tempting. Thinking of asking him if he'd be willing to drop to £500 and see how it goes...
15. Sorry for resurrecting an old thread. There's one of these for sale around my area which caught my eye. The seller is asking for £600 which I thought was perhaps over priced. It's a butterscotch finish with maple neck, bridge and pickup covers and is advertised as a 1994 MIJ model with Seymour Duncan SCPB-3 Quarter Pound 'Bassline' pickup. Any thoughts?
16. Another belter of a Basschat thread. Just read through the remaining 5 pages I missed since the other day. I'll never get that time back.
17. The full 20 minute segment is worth a watch as well... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOy5TCB9JMw
18.
Here's my recently acquired MV4. This will be with me a very long time I think... 19. New tort pick guard received this morning for my Sadowsky MV4. Fits absolutely perfectly and received in superfast time. Excellent service!! Dougie.
20. A local hotel in Strathclyde Park put on regular tribute nights...Pete Loaf and Blobbie Williams have both made an appearance.
21. Always thought 'Ocean Cover Scene' would be a good tribute name. You'd only get about two albums worth of decent material to work with though before you start to find the dross.....well, IMO.
