Sounds great - I haven't looked at how to use the computer software or importing patches yet (I'll need an interface of some sort I believe) but don't worry I'll get there!

It's here and I've given it a quick whirl, seems great so far although as it will sit on my desk rather than on the floor it can be tricky achieving a double press on the program button. And due to where it will 'live' in my studio/office is it OK to leave plugged in for long periods as the display is always on or should I unplug the power supply in between use? I have some fave patches at a quick glance which I'm looking forward to playing with: 23 41 72 86 89 91 As with lots of synth pedals I'm not sure how much I'll use the 'crystal' type sounds but already I love the squelch of the envelope filter - for a while I've been searching for one that squelches when pushed rather than whistles.

I think they do it to take advantage of discount listing days and plan to edit in the actual pictures etc at a later date. Kind of annoys me though, I mean, if you don't like the platform don't use it. Everyone wants something for free these days.

Hopefully you paid using PayPal so just put in a claim for goods not as described. I’ll chase the seller my end and restrict his account until he replies to you, if it helps. Yes the user Christian was banned for lying about being involved with the company (it was pretty obvious to us all that he was the owner no less). Says it all.

Technically they aren’t available yet! Sign up if you want some!

Weird. I have a BH800 which doesn’t kick in for a while but when it does it sounds like a regular fan, no high pitched whistle. I recently got a GK MB200 too and the fan on that is almost silent when it’s running. I think there’s something wrong with this one like maybe the fan is slightly out of alignment or a dodgy bearing

Wow I had no idea such a thing existed!! Big thumbs up to Ashdown again. Always such great customer stories on here and it just goes to show how the small things which take thought and care are worth their weight in gold.

Interesting read. It looks great so far. I guess it might end up looking like this one? https://classicandcoolguitars.co.uk/portfolio/gl-l2000-nat/ I hope you keep the crackle paint hardware. I think it looks great and wish they still used it.

Ah no I have a pretty strict no to MIDI policy in this house

Nothing wrong with what you have if you like the sound of it.

😂 Scott said we’d start a new craze! I can’t remember when I started putting them on but it was around the time I got this bass so maybe 15 years. It just doesn’t feel right without them now. I was called out in a Facebook group for ‘not taking the bass seriously’ for having them which was funny. The best ones for Schaller M4 are IKEA puppets whereas for Fender style clovers you need a slightly girthier puppet. Some say the extra mass and pair of eyes at the headstock helps with tuning stability, fretting accuracy and sexual attractiveness especially among the puppet community. Here’s the original

As a long term user I can confirm that this is indeed the case. I have to ration it’s use now because I don’t have room for an eight pack

Great! It’s basically the same thing as the Bass Board which my chair sits on which has several of these in a thin flight case basically. I’ve been praising them for years but it’s one of those things that until you try you just don’t fully appreciate.

Gawjuss! Lovely pair indeed.

So new they’ve made me an M9

I think we have enough now. Just need to confirm things with my supplier man 👨🏻

Thanks both. @Hobbayne all we can offer is our gratitude and I’ll let you have one free swear

Apart from a Fusion gig bag in the garage I have these in my office. The black case is a rare and original Vigier zip case.
