1.
That is very cool. Did you order direct from Wing Instruments in America?
Hi Chris, thanks, no I saw it on eBay, someone here bought it then I bought it from them! They kindly offered it to me after I mentioned I was keen on a thread about it somewhere, which was nice. TBH I was expecting to like it, but not as much as this. It sounds incredible, not a bit how I expected (thin, weedy and twangy). It has a very warm, thick sound with a really clear tone.
2. Best: My Wingbass. Its a completely inspiring and fun instrument, the ultimate ‘around the house’ bass and I love it. Worst: I bought a Korg Pandora PX4D as a mini practice headphone amp to go with the wing but after playing with it for a week or so and getting a sweet sounding clean patch, it stopped working and the seller on eBay basically told me to do one! Runner up worst: I bought an iRig again, after disliking the first. Ok this was the first version and was about a fiver but it’s so noisy, has a lot of latency and the build quality is shocking. It now lives in the bin with the Korg. Bonus: I’ve never found a filter I liked as much as the DOD FX25 so I bought another, having never been able to recreate the squelchy low end with anything else. Within about a day of reviving it I thought ‘I wonder what it’ll sound like if I select BPF and zero the ‘range’ control on my VB99’, and copied the exact sound I wanted after about 20 mins. So it was kind of a waste but kind of really useful. Sold it here after.

Vigier Porn!
Nice sofa Ped !!
Why thank you! Quite comfortable, too. Wish Vigier would make one with a carbon fibre frame
4. Oh I've just found a Pedalsnake adapter that turns the power input to a normal one instead of the tip type. I'll chuck it in!
5.
And yet we see oodles of posts drooling over the visual appeal of such-and-such a bass..! 'Wow; that's gorgeous..!' 'Great finish..!' 'Such luscious figuring on the neck..!'. One is allowed to compliment an object on its appearance, but not a person..? How about cuddly kittens..? Is that 'over the top', too..? Hmm...
Those people are Bassist(s)
6. No takers? I don't mind keeping it but it's one less thing to have to move! ped
7. £45 gets it - can post today or tomorrow!
8.
Cheers Hooch for that feedback. Well would you believe it? Within 24 hours of dannybuoy bringing this little slippery Bananana to our attention one has already appeared in the FS section - how spooky is that (probably haloween related)?! It's on for a whopping £250 second hand and current owner decided pretty quickly that he'd rather have the cash than keep the pedal, which says to me it's clearly not going to be everyone's cup of tea. (And no doubt Ped's gonna say he'll have one, if it's free(!) together with the new Ashdown Doom head - you guys seen that? It's completely gorgeous and PMT online are not only stocking, but are going to be opening a store within 30 mins of me...) Here's the test with the Bananana Rama for me - at that price is it really a much better piece of kit than the Source Audio Manta? I'm struggling to see that it is going to deliver any more usable filter sounds (as opposed to wonderfully whacky wonders for solo bedroom performance ) ...anyway I've managed to pick up my first bid win ever on eBay this afternoon (which obviously means I paid too much), but with 142 sim patches to play with costing me approximately 40p each, I guess I can't complain!
Well if you don’t ask you don’t get!
9. Can I have one free please

12. Cheers chaps snap it up before it’s gone!
13. I don’t know what it is but though I love my multi fx, I can’t abide single pedals that require a wall wart. Puts me right off.
14. I love these pedals. The sparkly green versions always sounded the best, to me. It's one of those rare filters that really squelches when driven. Lots of videos on YouTube. Pretty good condition, with battery flap which is often missing. £50 posted Cheers ped
15. And can we see pics! There’s a Vigier porn thread somewhere
16. Very good sir. My Pandora stopped working yesterday so I may get the zoom too.

Drummers and Samples

Haha that was awesome. Could be a really fun way of getting a laugh out of the audience I reckon.
18.
I wish I lived in York!
I could meet a buyer halfway if they pay petrol
19. Go on then, £150 collected
20. How about putting the cabs on their side? FWIW I read somewhere that the coupling effect is actually not a 'thing' but I can't remember, and may have been the opposite. You're welcome
21.
It's illegal to sell a counterfeit instrument which incorporates a trademarked logo.
The seller has been open about it and plenty of people buy the decals and use them. There's nothing we can do on BC to verify originality anyway, so if a seller is honest there's no problem in my eyes.
22. Hi guys I've got this combo to go - I'm moving house soon and having a bit of a clear out. I believe it's 200W and 300W with an ext. speaker. Either way, it's really loud and sounds great. These have a bit of a cult status. £200 collected from York. I may be able to post but will have to source some packaging first, so for now let's say collection only - I'm not desperate to sell it so would much prefer this. I'll add postage options as and when! Cheers ped Sorry about the terrible iPad pics, I'll post some better ones tomorrow in better light. It's a bit scruffy because it's been well used, but it's all cosmetic!
