It's completely unacceptable for it to arrive in a ball. That wont happen again. The shirt should be as described, a decent quality polo. I'll refund you immediately (we'll talk via email) because if you aren't happy, I'm not happy (and neither wil the embroiderer be after I'm done with him) I hope everyone else is happy with theirs. From now on all shirts are going to be quality checked, folded up properly and posted via 1st class signed for post. Sorry you guys had to be the test pilots on this one. Just called the supplier and chewed his ear right off. Basically the first batch had to be posted by the embroiderer which the shirt supplier paid them to do, on Thursday. Normally the supplier would post them themselves, but there was a deal the guy had to conclude in Scotland coincidentally hence the guy asking the embroiderer for a favour. The embroiderer has, in my eyes, basically failed to post the shirts quickly. They used second class post and I have asked for PROOF that they were posted on thursday but I really can't imagine they were. From now on all shirts will be posted by the supplier ALONE, and by recorded delivery (I'll have to add £0.77 to the price though) All in all it's a combination of a big first order, an unfortunate clash in events and a bloody big embarassment for me. Everything will be back up to speed with first class recorded delivery and 48hr dispatch from Monday.... The first batch orders will be with you tomorrow I hope. Really not happy with them at all, but I'm getting it sorted. Cheers ped

Cheers - I'm in pretty constant contact with the supplier and whilst it has it's advantages, it's a bit worrying not being able to actually post them myself in some ways. The guy I'm using is very trustworthy and now we have some stock built up it will be pretty slick. Because I chose to make P&P free, it's going second class post. I'm going to look into the OPTION of selecting first or express class delivery if you wanted, but will need a bit of time to set that up and organise it. Just to confirm they were indeed posted on Thursday (have proof of postage) but sent second class, so it SHOULD have been today but maybe tomorrow, then... I'm going to see if I can bump it up to first class from now on, but then again, postage is free. Let me know when it arrives - or even post a pic! Cheers ped

I haven't ever used email notifications but I understand lot sof people like them - especially for PMs. I always have Basschat open so I quite like just having the pop up but we're looking at the issue, it's now time to wait for Invasion to get back to us with a fix. Cheers

Not sure but hopefully Ben is on it, I presume it's an iphone issue and the reason we'll have a mobile interfece too. I recall another camera forum I use having a text lag issue which was fixed... I'll see if I can dig it up as an example to help us too. ped
