  1. One for @Kiwinow
  2. One Mix Mighty Plug, in VGC, boxed with everything. £45 posted https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/444701-nux-mighty-plug-headphone-amp/?tab=comments#comment-4355611 Cheers ped
  3. Same. I’d go and meet up. Take a full gig bag and return with one too. Maybe combine it with a couple of fights abroad
  4. Not a bad idea given the current crop!
  5. Yeah I’m afraid Bluetooth latency is far too high for sending in time signal. The WAZA use something else but dunno what 🤷🏻‍♂️ there’s no detectable latency though, and I’m as picky about that as I am my number one enemy, noise!!
  6. The Nux is great for what it is. No latency as you use a cable to your headphones and Bluetooth music to the device so latency isn’t on your live playing. Waza Air is an absolute dream 😆
  7. Isn’t it crazy that nobody during WW2 had ever heard electric slap bass?

Surely they hadn't heard electric bass full stop?

      Lucky bastards.

They went through enough, to subject them to the infernal clattering of thumb and strings would've been worse than 2 weeks in Auschwitz.

  8. Pretty sure if you ask it nicely it'll do you some reverb and maybe make you a cup of tea, who knows?
  9. You can use the LMB3 as a boost too, and it's also a really great compressor (which does limiting really well).
  10. If you have an ‘enhance’ function on your amp that can help bring out the very top end, very nice on fretless. There are also ‘Harmonic Enhancer’ pedals (DOD used to do one and the Boss LMB3 too) - careful though they can add some noise but fine live That and a touch of reverb, definitely. Sometimes Chorus can take some of the beef out of the harmonics but does sound great, in the studio.
  11. Amazing isn't it!! Now get some Boss Waza Air headphones to go with it = perfect setup!
  12. Thanks mate I've tried one locally 🤘
  13. Ah cool, OK, thanks
  14. There is probably a newer plugin we could use instead of that one which is no longer being developed.
  15. Did you make your own hardware?
  16. They could have made it a nicer colour though
  17. Playing with the M82 today with fresh ears. I have found that I like it with the Freq. set quite low and the Q at almost zero... turning up the Q enhances the rather unpleasing vowel like quality to my ears. At lower settings it sounds quite nice, less 'vocal' The sensitivity knob has such a broad sweep and tiny adjustments make so much difference, but I think I have it dialled in now. I'll give it a break then come back and play agin later. It definitely has the sort of sound I like in there, it just took some finding...
  18. Just post another in the meantime
  19. Love the video of the kids. All these videos though make me think am I the only person in the world who plays bass without making a 'face'? Some of the adults look like they're climaxing every time they play above the 12th. Maybe I just don't enjoy it enough!
  20. Apparently they've had a real challenge getting to the UK market, as most stockists feel they have enough strings already. @MoJoKe @Kiwi maybe we can sell them through Basschat
  21. That’s one of the coolest looking things I’ve ever seen 😊

Great to have you here, thanks for popping in! What’s your favourite track on SCUMFUCK 😆 Love your playing and laid back groove. As I say normally albums/bands with ‘Funk’ in the name are anything but and tend to be fast up tempo ‘funk’ that I can’t bear.. I’ll have a listen to some of your other stuff… which tracks are you most happy with?
  23. Technically yes, but I've never felt like I need any clean blend with my FX25 which is very tight and full sounding, but you do have to 'play' it in a certain way. Maybe it has wider band or the way the sweep works just happens to fill out the bass bit once dialled in it's a fat and squelchy as you could want, whereas some of the sparkle green ones I've had are all top or bottom and quite hard to use. The WOnderlove absolutely needs clean blend which works well as the wobbly filter sort of wraps around the affected sound so well, but I wasn't feeling that so much on the MXR - however I only had a quick play yesterday so I'll give it some time over the next few days, as it definitely has the right 'flavour' that I like.
