1. it is! It's in great nick! and the colour is lovely. Of course everything is negotiable.
2.
different wood grain pattern Gareth and Wallasey is a long way from North London where the seller resides if I recall correctly from the 61J for sale thread
Correct
3. 120 or so copies of Sound on Sound going back 10-15 years or so. The last up to date copy would be around September last year. I can't guarantee completeness for all years. Collection Only please from North London as there's LOTS of them and they are heavy. Cheers Terry
4. Well, it's near'ish mint. On inspection there are a couple of very minor dings on the front and some light buckle rash on the back. It's also a 1981 not a 1980. There is some tarnishing to the brass nut and some wear to the bridge but it's all very slight. All electrics are working and are original to my knowledge. I doubt there's a cleaner SB-1000 out there to be honest. PICS TO COME!
5. Rick, do you mean this?

13. it's in Crouch End, North London, N8
14. SOLD 1974 Jazz Bass Natural (looks stripped to me but just could be faded) with non-original hard case. Neck codes date it to Dec 1973 and the pots are 1973 too. The bass did have a control plate with a pre-amp fitted but is now restored to the original 73 pots and there is no additional routing as a result. One pickup is stamped Jan 1974 and the other is unmarked but has the red stamp ink on it. Fretwear is light and the bass weighs around 8lb. There is some marking and dings on the rear/bottom of the bass but overall it's a solid 7/10 condition. This is a decent price for a 1974 Jazz Cheers Terry
15. can't argue with that!
