    EDIT: the pedalboard has now sold. The Fuel Tank PSU is still available for £60 ono. For sale is my T-Rex ToneTrunk 45 pedal board which comes with soft case and is fitted with the optional Fuel Tank psu bracket. The price includes the installed T-Rex Fuel Tank psu, or I can sell items separately (£60 for PSU and £25 for board and case). All items are in very good condition. Board has velcro strips added. PSU will include the original box and additional connectors. Collect from Belfast or will ship to UK for an additional £10 p+p NB: PEDALS NOT INCLUDED!

    Having a clear out of my pedals due to lack of use and first up is the celebrated Micro Pog from EH. Offering an octave up as well as down, this pedal has seen very little use outside the home.     Unfortunately both my main purchases this year have fallen short somewhat. First was a Squier Paranormal Jazz 54 in black with an anodised gold scratch plate. This is at least a fun bass to play - it definitely looks the part with its ‘54 P bass stylings and stacked pots - but it’s let down by some seriously underpowered pickups and noisy electronics, Second, and even more disappointing, has been my hunt for a smaller, lighter amp to replace my TC Electronic Blacksmith. Ideally, I’d been looking for a Bergantino Forte HP but they’ve proven to be hard to source and probably on the wrong side of my budget ceiling. So instead I went for a GR Bass 1400Duo. Out of the box it just looked and felt cheap and the quality of the build left something to be desired. Plugging it in, I spent about 5 hours fiddling with the controls trying to get some decent tones out of it, but to no avail. The built-in tuner left a lot to be desired too! It was winging its way back to Bass Direct the very next day. I’ll keep trying to find a cheap Forte HP, but in the meantime my ever-reliable Blacksmith just keeps on delivering gig after gig.

    At this price it’s an absolute steal. I’ve used my Blacksmith for around 8 years now and it is easily the best amp I’ve ever used in my 40+ years of playing. I’ve seen them sell separately at upwards of £800, and that’s without flight case and foot switch. Throw a quality cab like that into the mix and even your original asking price was a bargain. Its hard times for a lot of people so you may just have to be a bit more patient, but this will sell.

    They’ve a D-Roc custom 5 at BassDirect at the minute. I don’t think they’re doing D-Roc standard 5s yet
