I'm pretty sure there was a 1x15 bass combo as well. So many old valves around in the 70s I never took much notice of them!

Bought a Westone Thunder 1 bass from Pestie today, bass is lovely, he and his wife and dog were all very friendly sand pleasant when I called round. The bass is a cracker, it plugged in right now and is even better than my last one was, 30 years ago. All round top bloke. Dave

Took me a few minutes to work out where the extra guitar was coming from, then spotted a familiar frizzy-haired tele player hiding at the back. Yup, Albert Lee and Richard Thompson on stage together in front of about 200 people.

Hi everyone, just signed up. Messed around with bass since I was about 16, which is quite a while ago. Lived in Finland for many years (hence my name) and moved back to Oxfordshire a couple of months ago. Currently annoying people with a Fender Jazz US standard and an Ashdown ABM 500 plus 410 cab. Dave
