2. I'd be inclined to believe that.....Stupid yanks.
3.
Ill try and get a pic up when I get a chance. Been meaning to do it for ages! Heres the signal chain anyway: Digitech Whammy IV Tonefactor Hellbaby Barge VFB-2 > Maxon AF-9 > Tech21 Comptortion > EHX Little Big Muff > Boss BF-2 > Ibanez Weeping Demon EBS Multicomp Korg DT-10 Its powered with a Godlyke Powerall. I hopefully plan on replacing the Big Muff with a B:Assmaster, the Comptortion with another distortion pedal (maybe the T-Rex Mudhoney), the BF-2 with a Subdecay Quasar, and maybe putting a P+C / Noisebox in there...
Fantastic board mate, hows the Hellbaby holding up? I love the AF-9, good filter. You should try the XXL, its really thick - I kind of want one again!
I'm done :-) Keeping a T-Rex Bass Juice for a different distortion for another band. And a BF-2B which I haven't decided if I'm selling or keeping yet. Apart from that, perfect pedals for all my needs and don't need anything else.
Nice clean board with a good selection of pedals. Well done sir!
4. Get a Compressor and a small TB loop. Stick the filter and compressor in the loop. You can then kick in the compressor to tame the volume at the same time as kicking in the filter. That way you get consistent levels, with a filter you like. Would probably cost the same as a filter that would suit your needs.
5. The original Guv'Nor will get you close as it's what Tim used on the first and second Rage Albums. The Tech21 Comptortion (if you can find one!) sounds great on a passive jazz...Very RATM.
6. Hola BassChatters: Fulltone Fat Boost: Clean Boost/Light OD/Fantastic pedal. This pedal is sweet and transparent and does wonders for tone. One of them pedals you could just leave on the whole time (that's what I did!!!). As new condition, with original box, manual, and Fulltone sticker. £85 posted Barge Concepts VFB-2: True Bypass Loop with feedback toggle, and clean blending capabilities. This is a sweet pedal. Put your tone-suckers in the loop to keep your signal pure. Put your guitar effects in the loop and blend in some clean so you NEVER have to worry about losing low end again. Or, put your modulation and delay pedals in and turn on the feedback loop to get some MAD sounds. This pedal has been modded: It was done by the maker on my request when I bought it. The mod adds a third footswitch to bypass the clean blend pot, so that you can have your effects without clean blend at the touch of a button. SOLD PENDING PAYMENT Dunlop DC Brick: Original Box, 7 9v leads, can include some 18v ones at request. Has the US adaptor, but it works on 240v without a transformer - I will include the US>UK plug adaptor. £50 posted I also have another DC Brick with adaptor, but it has no leads with it. Can get them from Dunlop - they're pretty cheap, or have OBBM make you some up. SOLD That's all for now, but will be adding more in the near future! I would prefer Cheques, but will take PayPal if you pay the charges. Cheers.

Also, www.bassguitarfx.com A site being built by a guy on TB, he's adding soundclips and videos whenever he gets the chance. There is a video of the LTD SR on there, so I thought you guys might like to see it.
8.
These pedals are worth at least £4000. Sorry, couldn't resist. +1 on them being better than the OC3.
Christ! Better get mine on the 'bay then!
9. An Akai Deep Impact would do this sound easily. But they're quite expensive.
10.
tbh, I got my Deep Impact for £195 and sold it for £195 to Higgie... very cool pedal, and some nice sounds out of it, but the whole vibe of it was a bit too digital and cheesy for my liking.
And I'm still loving it. Fantastic synth pedal. I agree I wouldn't pay what they seem to be going for nowadays, but I consider £195 an extremely good deal
11. According to those BINs on the auctions, when you take into account the shipping and taxes from the US, it'll definitely come to more than £100.
12. BUMP - these pedals need to go people!!!
13. I believe the M-80 has a blend on it as well? Also, I placed it last because of its DI capabilities - Kind of a waste if you just put it in a loop.
14. Yeah, your not the only one! I been searching for one with blue and white for ages - Found one a little while ago, was all set, and then the seller pulled out! Couldn't believe it!
15. Nice, how you liking the CompTortion? Is that a DT-10BK or BR?
16. I wouldn't...I would just go straight into the front of the amp.
17.
Here is all the gear I'm using at the moment: -Ampeg SVT4 Pro - EBS MultiComp - EBS IQ Envelope Filter - MXR M-80 (D.I. + Preamp + Distortion) - Boss CEB-3 Bass Chorus - Boss OC-2 Octave Pedal - Boss LS-2 Line Selector
I would run bass>LS-2>Multicomp>M-80, and in the loop of the LS-2 put OC-2>Bass IQ>CEB-3. Set the LS-2 so you can blend your clean signal with the effects, and you're flying!
18.
No filter alone will give you the SPS sound.
+1
19. I suppose its OK (note the italics) but its got nothing on the original. You'd be kidding yourself if your buying it for an authentic Mu-Tron sound.
