1. That's no reason to sell! I say keep it around just to piss them off further with the "Yah" setting
2. They're great amps! Really loud and powerful. Versatile too!
3. Just finished wiring up my new Metro 16! Signal chain is as follows LS2>VMT>Octamizer>Cali76>Turbo Tuner>Stereo X-Blender>Micro Thumpinator. All powered by the GigRig Generator. Xotic Doubler feeds the Cali76 with 18v. Going to pick up another one of them for the X-Blender too.
4. Kind of need the space at home now. £425 for a quick sale.
5. Super lightweight, excellent sounding cab for sale bump!
6. Ah fair enough. Yeah it's a great pedal. Pretty versatile too!
7. Price drop bump.
8.
options.
I like the versatility! How are you liking the Filter Twin?
9. Up for sale is my lovely Epifani UL410. One of the lightest 4x10's on the market, and one of the loudest too! The cab is in good used condition, the carpet at the back is a bit tatty but nothing a bit of glue wouldn't fix. It's 4 ohms, and will take 1000watts - the perfect one cab solution! I'm only selling as I had 2 separate rigs at one point, and it's now surplus to requirements. £SOLD collected from NE London. Willing to deliver within 40 miles for free. Cheers! Can be seen at the bottom of this stack:
10.
My Shuker P5: It's absolutely stunning mate. TI Flats on it at the moment, and man it just thumps!! Couldn't be happier with it. That shuker p5 looks brilliant!!
11. Absolute pleasure to deal with Chris. Bought a Modulus bass from Chris in the past, and just done another trade for some straps. Everything as described, excellent communication. A credit to Basschat!
12. Haha! Sorry, but she stays 🙂
13. The MSD Wah I mentioned earlier seems to cover everything. It has a pressure activated switch on the treadle, or a footswitch, so you can activate it when you put your foot on it, or just turn the pedal on or off. It also has the clean blend mode, and you can set the mix with an internal trimpot, or just have classic straight up wah sounds. A parallel output is always handy, and with 3 frequency bands and 4 sweep ranges to choose from, gives you 12 possible combos, or 24 if you include the switch between blended and straight. Really versatile! Seems to have quite a few of the features you would want in a wah pedal.
14. Check out the MSD Earthquaker Bass Wah. I've got one and it's great!
15. It's basically like a passive tone control, but it just scoops the mids out, leaving the top end intact. Makes it sound like an active bass, as cutting mids sounds like boosting bass and treble. Really cool idea, and very effective!
16. It really is. I guess I'm biased, but these 2 basses are a steal at these prices. You don't get attention to detail like this in this price range!
17. Up for sale are my gorgeous Shuker Jazz basses. I picked up the 4 string on here, I believe it to be built in 2008. I commissioned the 5 to be as close as possible to the 4, just with a Low B, and it was completed in 2013. Woods, pickups and electronics are the same. The Villex electronics are insane! These are the 2 most versatile passive Jazz style basses I have ever played. Everything from Jaco to Marcus is in these basses, and all without a battery! The 4 string has reverse wind tuners and a Hipshot Detuner. There are a couple of very small dings on the 5 string, as it's been all over the world with me, but these aren't visible from the front. The 4 string has a ding through the lacquer on the back of the neck at the 12th fret. I can take more detailed pictures if needed. The 5 string weighs just over 10lbs, and will come with Schaller straplocks and it's original Hiscox Liteflite Case. The 4 string is an even 9lbs, has Dunlop straplocks, and will come with a standard Fender style hardcase, or if you want to knock £25 off, a standard Fender style gig bag. Ok, pictures available: HERE *PLEASE NOTE THE 5 STRING PRECISION IS NOT FOR SALE* Basses are both located in Chingford N.E. London. Would prefer collection as opposed to a courier, but one can be arranged at your expense if need be. Payment by bank transfer or cash on collection. 5 string Jazz £1100 4 string Jazz £SOLD £1750 if you want both! Here are the specs from Mr Shuker himself when I had the 5 string built: 5 string J bass classic 34" scale 21 frets 45 mm nut width 18mm string spacing 20.5mm neck depth at 1st fret 22,5mm at 12th Maple neck Maple board Two way truss rod Carbon fibre reinforcement Medium frets Black f/board dots (standard layout) Black 2mm side dots Satin neck lacquer (vintage tint) Bone nut Normal wind tuners, Chrome - Gotoh Alder body (traditional shape) Polyester basecoat Olympic White colour coat Villex 5 string J pickups Vol, balance, mid, treble cut Brown Tortoiseshell pickguard Chrome Gotoh 5 string bridge
18. Maxon AF-9. Closest thing I've found to an original Mutron III. Currently pretty cheap at GAK and Anderton's too. They used to be around the £200 mark!
19. If you have 2 daisy chains connected Lee, that sounds like you have 8-10 pedals hooked up? I don't think the Diago Micro is up to it! I had the same issue with mine, powering any more than 4-5 pedals introduced some noise. Also if the loose daisy chain ends are contacting anything metal (pedalboard, pedal chassis, etc) that could cause a short or maybe introduce some kind of unwanted artefacts also. Good luck with your issue pal!
20. I didn't receive one mate! The amp is on hold pending payment anyway, but feel free to send again just in case anything changes!
21. I have an Avalon U5 in exceptional condition in a seperate rack case I will sell with it for £1600 all in.
