1. Digitech Bass Synth Wah - Can be used as a stand alone octave pedal, the tracking is awesome. Boss OC-2 - Not as good tracking as the BSW, but I've owned both and it's the OC-2's tone that kept it on my board. EHX Micro POG - Haven't tried it, but gets very good reviews. Tracks anything you can throw at it, including chords, but a bit more expensive than the other two options. Those are the three I feel would be the best bet!
2. If I weren't getting a Squier JV P in a couple of weeks, I'd have that '78 off you right away! Hell, if you've still got it when I get back from Australia I might have it anyway! Good luck with selling the other basses - Let's hope the '78 doesn't go anywhere
3.
It's a "Montgomery Appliances '77 Flanger Model 3." It's an A/DA Flanger clone with footswitchable harmonics and two rates. It's great, but I'm selling it to Higgie.
Oh hells yeah
4.
Wish I could. It's my ambition to own a Wal one day, but sadly not at this time. Good luck with it.
Me too. If I weren't saving for my trip to Australia...I'd probably be saving for this haha Good luck with the sale mate.

Bootsy

Bootsy's awesome! I love his use of the WH-1
6. Nope sorry, the Mutron is long gone. Good luck with your search for one.
7. I'd be tempted to have that Phasor back now that it works, if I had spare cash that is
8. Haha, I really would have loved to, but I go to Australia for a couple of weeks in a month's time, and only just started my new job yesterday, so I'll barely have enough cash to take with me as it is!
9. This would go SO well with my Orange SR4
10. Ok, Flanger still here, waiting to be sold! Bump..
11. The Q-Tron was the first filter I ever owned - And after owning a Mutron, lets just say I'm not going back
12. Russian or NYC?
13. Met Jim yesterday to pick up some George L's I'd bought from him - He waited patiently like a saint while all the bloody trains were cancelled (DAMN YOU LONDON TRANSPORT!!!) and was a nice bloke to boot! Wouldn't hesitate in the slightest to deal with him in the future

15. All the Akai pedals ship with the same supply I think? I had one that came with a Unibass that was exactly the same as the one that came with my Deep Impact.
16. I can attest to this. I've had my Deep Impact just cut out on me before - Power lights stayed on, but no sound. Plugged it in with it's original supply and - Bingo. Though it's ran perfectly on my Burkley Flatliner - I haven't had any trouble while using this unit.

I really think you should keep this man. If not though, you know you can always give it to me, what with christmas coming up, I been looking for a nice pressie.
18. Received the book today! It's awesome Haven't had time to try and play anything yet, but it's interesting to read! Cheers Ben. So who's next on the list and when do I send it on?
19. I've owned this pedal before (this actual pedal, not just an analogman chorus) and it rocks. I really want to buy it back right now, but alas no funds Have a bump!
20. I was gonna hold back until I've got everything, but I figured a WIP shot wouldn't hurt: Top right above the Cream Pie is going to be a Loopmaster pedalboard patcher, and where the ruler is, all the way from the Hellbaby to the Serrano will be a Loopmaster 5 loop with tuner mute and master bypass. The Hellbaby is just placeholding for an OC-2 that I have leant to a mate.
21.
Do they mean 8 x 9v with 500ma each? Or 8 x 9v sharing 500ma? The latter wouldn't be great!
Due to the cheapness I'd be inclined to say the latter, but hey, let's hope I'm wrong!

Didn't see this coming at all - You know I'd have it straight off you if I had the cash, but with an impending trip to Australia, I've got to save all I can! Might be getting me a JV P Bass off a mate while I'm out there too! Damn fine bass in a sweet-ass finish. I seriously suggest to any buyer to get both necks too. Good luck with the sale mate.
23.
i guess your right you should always try before you buy. but the shops in london are all like online shops, and they have very very little actually in stock (in the shop). im not tooo bothered about the sound, i just need a decent head, something loud that wont crap out on me like the warwick. maybe i'll look into that hartke head again then
Well, there is a shop called the Bass Gallery (in London, I might add) which is completely dedicated to Bass. Not a guitar in sight. Go there - Fantastic choice of basses, amps and even effects. Prices are a little high, but hey, there's nothing to stop you walking in and trying out what you want, and then buying cheaper on the net somewhere.
24. Looks like I might have to pull out of this unfortunately! A friend of mine from Italy is leaving London next week so i've got to see him before he goes! Hope ya'll have a good time!

RIP Leftysteve
My deepest condolences, as has been said before, we may not all have met in the flesh, but this place is def like a family and to loose one of us so suddenly is truly saddening. My thoughts are with Steves family at this time.
+1
