For me it was the opposite, I've never got on with 5 string basses until I tried one with 19mm spacing 😂. It is a lovely bass and I keep toying with just keeping it!

I know, I've really been trying to prefer it to my laklands as it is a stunning instrument both in looks and playability. However I just feel more at home with the lakland so thought I'd let someone else enjoy this beast! I'm afraid not really as I could do with the cash back in the bank

Evening chatters! Recently bought this off this very forum and it is a beauty. However, I have come to terms with the fact that my laklands do everything I want and I can't justify keeping this. I'll post a link to the specs of this bass. It's in excellent condition, with a few small marks to the top of the headstock and a few very light marks to the back. Strung with new ernie ball strings and includes mayones gigbag (the outer pocket is ripped but functions as a bag). The 34.25 scale and very flat fretboard make this a lovely bass to play. The aguilar pups sound fantastic (my preference is passive mode 😍) and she has schaller tuners and straplocks. Weight is approx 10.6lbs and she balances nicely. Can get more pictures if needed. Not after any trades as I have another lakland incoming 😁. Happy to travel up to around an hour if it helps a sale. Not looking to move on price as this is what it owes me. Decided to see if there's any interest in one of my 4402 as my 55 02 can cover the lower tunings. This bass is in good condition with some light scratches to the rear (very hard to capture in a picture). There is a small screw hole just about visible under the bridge. I have had the hardware powder coated black and fitted black USA hipshot tuners. I have also replaced the original nut as it was worn and this one is set for heavy gauge strings as the bass is currently set up on Drop C with ernie ball beefy slinky strings. I would imagine you could restring with lighter gauge strings however may need a new nut depending on gauge etc. She plays lovely and sounds fantastic with so much versatility in tone. Collection preferred however a buyer can arrange courier if they wish. Viewings welcome, can send more pictures if needed. Thanks

After picking up a GK combo I have decided to sell my little ampeg. It's the version 2 ba108. This is a brilliant combo especially for home use due to the wedge making it like a monitor and the aux input having a separate volume. Excellent condition with a few very minor marks. Comes with a power lead. Collection preferred but could possibly ship/meet at buyer cost. All the specs are online. No trades thanks

Sweet lord this is stunning! I've always wanted a quality singlecut 4 string and this is perfect. Sadly I've committed to buying a Warwick in the next few weeks, however I will keep an eye on this incase it hangs around long enough!

Completely agree, it's a lovely bass. I've come very close to keeping it however I'm in the process of buying a Warwick so could really do with selling it!

Evening chatters! Looking to move this beast on as I've just got myself the US version All the specs are online, it's in good condition with a few small marks from general use. One of the most versatile sounding basses available with so many usable tones. 35 inch scale so excellent B string. It's also very light, will check shortly but about 9lbs (it's lighter than both my 4 string ones). I can wrap for posting if buyer organises but will need time to get materials, collection preferred following current guidelines! Thanks

Mannnn that neck is pretty. Trying to find some info on these online and coming up blank. Anyone know much about them?

What is the relief of the neck like? As if its OK with the rod where it is, could you not just shim the neck? I take it the truss rod doesn't move? . Just a thought that might save such a big loss!

I'm really not sure I want to sell this however, having just bought a project car and a third lakland, I could do with recouping some cash! This is my 1997 Musicman Stingray 2EQ. Black with maple board. The rear of the body has some buckle rash/scratches. The neck plays lovely and is so comfortable! Everything works perfectly and she sounds amazing. I've decided to put this up for sale as i just don't use it enough. I've just got this back from darkglass after having a brand new PCB fitted, so essentially the pedal is brand new! Condition wise it is pretty much mint! I have an invoice for the repair (which was almost £100!) which I'm happy to forward to any buyer should they ever need it in the future.
