  1. Same. One of, if not my favourite vocalist. Still upsets me hearing his voice. It could also be an age thing/ things I’ve experienced as I find music in general hits me more emotionally than when I was younger.
  2. A Cake For Berties Party - Cardiac Arrest
  3. How many times am I going to see one of these for sale and mistakenly assume it’s a short scale 5 string 🤦🏻‍♂️
  4. Calling @DiMarcois this the same Vincent you have worked with?
  5. Trade value is obviously still around £1650 point. Cash sale still open to offers.
  6. Hi Ross its a Broadneck, so bridge spacing goes upto 20mm down to 18ish , I haven’t checked how close the saddles shift together. Its an original brass adjust a nut so as you probably know height is adjustable. I’ll need to check the spacing. It is a wide neck but very comfortable even with my smallish hands, it’s quite a shallow flat profile the same as earlier Warwicks had, the thicker ‘baseball bat’ profile came in after this build.
  7. The reality is it would cost, what £100-150 to (if someone really wanted to) have it fretted. It’s a fantastic bass, great build quality, early era Warwick that was one off build. I doubt there’s another with the same spec sheet. Yes it’s a Broadneck but it’s also very adjustable thanks to the Warwick bridge and has the proper brass adjustable nut which I personally love and would fit to every bass, so wide string spacing isn’t fixed at that. The neck is wide but very flat and comfortable, not one of the later post ‘95 baseball bat thick necks. It feels nice to play and sounds great.
  8. I’m honestly surprised and confused this is still with me, lots of USA interest but shipping issues. It’s not overpriced is it ? Feedback appreciated.
  9. Forgotten about this beast. PM’s have been replied to if you’ve been in touch, apologies not been on for a while.
  10. I’ll be honest, I’m surprised I still have this. Its a great sounding versatile high quality instrument. As has been suggested to me, it could be modded and frets installed if you’re not a fretless fan. I can’t keep it. Make an offer.
  11. It isn’t a run of the mill standard Stage1, which are hardly common to start with. It was a custom order. Body is 2 pieces of solid Ash. Neck is Maple and has the early flat Broadneck profile, not the chunkier later one. Ebony fingerboard. Details confirmed by Mr Wilfer at Warwick.
  12. Looks great with the clear pick guard good choice! I’m sorry to read about the reason though. GLWTS
  13. The Bay View pub on the main Oystermouth Rd close to Brangwyn Hall used to have an open mic night. It’s a few years since I last went so couldn’t tell you if it’s still going. Not sure what night either.
  14. Lee Sklar has done a few, Warwick, Dingwall ..... umm Brian Bromberg John Myung
  15. That’s unbelievable. Amazing if it is.
