1. Warwicks standard 5ers are also 16.5 at the bridge. Look for their broadneck models, these are a whopping 20mm. Warwicks are also equipped with 3D adjustable bridges too so you can fine tune the spacing. They're also good for metal
2. We all love a birra Vulkpeck right? Live from Bonnaroo earlier this month. http://youtu.be/dXqA3INs-L8
3. Do it. You can always get more basses in the future. I love my Warwicks, but over the past year I've been living like a nomad and have pretty much exclusively used a Limelight P during that time and love it. I'm itching to get back home to start selling off the glut of basses I've built up. Then I can start buying again
4. Can I just register interest for when you're looking to move it on
5. Quite liked Nao too, although I only lasted 2 or 3 songs before the novelty wore off but she can certainly carry a tune.
6. Dazed

Zz Top

ZZ Bottom more like...........Boom tish.
7. Enjoyed Dhakhabrakha from Ukraine last night. Just watched Madness. ZZ Top not so hot last night. I couldn't be bothered to watch Muse. Saw some Foals too, not a fan of that. Much preffered Sigur Ros. Is the sound/mix a bit disjointed this year?
8. Fender release "new" Jazz bass model shocker
9. The one with a bicycle in the lyrics.... Never a fan at the time, far from it but they have grown on me over the years.
10. ACG Hmmmm, now would that have a split coil or some single coils and a skinny neck?
11. Too much info to cram into the handheld screen size. Constantly zooming in and out. I use the mobile version mostly as I very rarely use anything other than the phone and choose full version to check member locations on ads, but that's about it. What I have found is that my browser then doesn't always allow me to revert back mobile view, so have to close the app and restart.
12. Yes it's there on iPhone. Full version option works on device too but it's not very practical. Full version is what you see on a desktop.
13. Warwick streamer stage 2. Bit different to a traditional J type but you may be pleasantly surprised.
14. I was quite impressed with it and the new cutlass, but find it hard to forget that a few other companies have been making something very similar for a long time, so not really groundbreaking design. Still, having had a root around their YT channel I'm pleased to see Joe Dart doing quite a few demo videos.
15. You are crazy man. Id say play as many as you can, the less you restrict your practice to any single bass the better. 4, 5, 6, etc fretless- use them all.
16.

Wow ehat a looker! That colour/ wood combination looks great together. Did you build it?
17. 7. "Bumping" - The practice of adding a post to your advert for the purpose of moving it to the top of the forum. No more than one "bump" per 36 hours please. The moderators will delete adverts that get 'bumped' too often.
18. Yeah nice. Like the colour choice too. Hope you enjoy it.
19. Basslab. Without a doubt. Completely hollow and made from tuneable composite materials. Basslab.de
20. I remember lusting after one of these as a youthful Dazed. GLWTS
21. Had several sets of Status strings do this. The 4th(!!) replacement string was ok.
22. Technique, strings, setup. All can cause this. Have any of the above changed?
23.
My fave four string is a P bass body with a Limelight Jazz bass neck on it. I never got on with Precision basses until I went down this route.
Same experience for me. Avoided all things Precision until I got my Limelight P with J neck. Very rarely play anything else now.
